I hear you.
By the time I was two I had pneumonia twice and the last rites tae. I was one of those sickly wee bhoys that lost a lot of time off school, spent a lot of time going up tae Yorkhill and therapy at Hartfield Clinic in Dumbarton.
I was known as wee tontine until I got tae the quali where I shot up and filled out tae. It was also the year I completed a full school term for the first time, never really looked back.
All of that was achieved with the good care of the NHS. Every vaccination, including Polio, TB and Diphtheria, out there I got any new meds tae.
I ended up working in the building trade as my da looked on it as being healthier than in a factory, every year though without fail I caught the flu.
Prior tae emigrating I had tae get the small pox inoculation, unfortunately I had a reaction tae it, Mrs TT and the wean didnae; however it delayed coming here for 6 months. Que Sera Sera.
When I first arrived here the flu in the winter continued, however with no visible sick money available I would soldier on taking Neo Citran/Lemsip on a Friday night confined tae barracks for the weekend.
Then I heard about the flu shots, free tae, and having grown up with an erse like a pin cushion I had no fear of needles so I went for them and I’ve never had the flu since.
I’m now in my 8th decade and having survived this long when the Covid vaccination arrives, and it could be as early as April, I’m in.
The last time I looked the C in CQN stood for Celtic, no Covid or Conspiracy, If some don’t fancy the vaccine for any reason whatsoever don’t get one, it’s as simple as that, why bother coming on sites like this trying tae convince others and yourself not tae. You could be playing with other people’s lives here.

Taking a torch to everything feels good when you’re in the mess we are at the moment. Cathartic and a short term route out of the pain were all going through
It’s not what billionaire businessmen do though. As difficult as it may be to accept, they choose a more measured and scientific approach to problems like ours. And that will mean when they’re trying to find out what went wrong it will include what’s been done well in the past. Success doesn’t happen by accident, and there’s invaluable skills and experience picked up when you win as much as we do. Success is hard to buy, when it’s already at the club it would be foolish to discard it so we can all feel better
DD won’t be looking at this in absolutes. He’ll see the knowledge and experience as an asset that would be stupid to throw away.

Lighting the hay stook after the pitchforks have been is not his style,but at his age it would be a good time to sort out a bit of succession planning to hopefully give us the same security and success in the future that we have had since he backed the bunnet in 94.
It is going to be a time of change,it was goin to be if we won the championship or not imo.your right expertise,knowledge and good will are important to us and we got to be mindful long term of PL replacements,he/she will need to hit the ground runnin.😊

Can’t make up some of the guff going about … Huns board have a business interruption insurance possible payment of £10 million to come !
