I agree McInness is dire , that’s why I would love to see him back at Ibrox.

Real Rangers men are always good for a laugh!-))

    Nytie nite.

  2. Derek McLeish did his job interview for Sevco boss by losing without a whimper. Only to have his application refused publicly for having the temerity to ask for wages and a transfer budget.

Today we saw his no mark team continue with their long inglorious history of only actually giving a damn against us. Logan the no mark a prime example. Their supporters try to wind us up about their anti Sevco credentials but in the background their manager and CEO are actually helping them to the detriment of their own team.

Oh dear. Sounds like Gerrardiola has been fed some lines from a high “Level”. How embarrassing.

Wonder if any of our award winning journalists will ask him to name some of those poor decisions?

    This season could be fun.

  4. JG- 14 of us looked at a prawn sandwich day oot from EK last season, night amigo, will continue tomorrow HH

Just one set of fixtures into the season and we are in a lowly third place. This Brendan character is in danger of losing what little confidence I had in him. #worststarttotheseasonsinceredimps

Is it possible to stupid and be a good football manager?

    ——-

    Was thinking the same myself.

Ferguson, Wenger, Mourinho, O’Neill, Rodgers all very intelligent.

Remind me again – how did Barry Ferguson do?

  8. A spokesperson for the force said: “We can confirm that a child was struck by a bottle at today’s Aberdeen vs Rangers match at Pittodrie.

“The child was not seriously injured after the incident around 3.05pm.

“Inquiries are ongoing regarding this incident.”

The speed in which Police Scotland play down all violence Sevco is frightening for us all

    Aw,stoap it,you’re killing me!

“an Aberdeen side so poor that they were mistaken for Sevco’s bank account early in the second half.”

    Classic…

  10. The fact that a child was almost injured is bad enough to cause concern. However to hide the identity of the culprit because it is inconvenient for Sevco is unforgivable.

Let’s see if the Aberdeen board have a backbone. You know like the one Celtic lack. Not holding my breath mind you, not on Aberdeen’s past performance.

As for the media, don’t make me neganon.

No idea didn’t see the game, was driving home from Lurgan after being at flag day yesterday. Just an observation on the no marks lack of ability and class.

My take on the Mc.Ginn situation.

First of all, we assume that the player wants to come to us and we want him.

I believe it is in Celtic, Hibs and the boy’s interest to stay with Hibs until their Euro run ends,

If they are eliminated before the window closes, bring him in.

If they qualify for the groups, leave him until at least January,

We can then sign him on a pre contract or for a nominal sum.

In the meantime, he will be playing regular first team football and, more importantly, getting European experience, which will benefit Hibs, short term and the player and us, on the longer term.

I missed it too, mate. Just as well-they always win when I watch them.

    Except against us,fortunately.

Think I’ll make that a thing this season, just watch the huns when we play them. I’ll just put needles in my eyes instead.

And,aye,Logan is,well, what Logan is. Canny have any mirrors in his house.

  14. Mahe the Madman on

So Stevie G is gonna up the pressure.

This is the worst possible news as far as Im concerned .

People who attack priests and stab possible Catholics before the league even begins are now being wound up even tighter. Now tonight its a bloody child that gets hurt. It really doesn’t take a genius to see that lives are on the line here now. This is not a sport, not a game.

Now Ally was a poisonous rat but I think the fact that he was Ally tempered some of them because they knew he had the blue tinted glasses on. Ally also never had the owner publicly feeding into his theories like the lying king is for the new blue gaffer.

If Stevie starts spouting about conspiracies and we are the people then it will be hes not even a blue and he can see it ,,they are all against us for real ,,weve gotta stand up for ourselves .

And then even the statements from the cops show they arent to be trusted. 2 Scottish fans,,,I mean thats just blatant. Once and for all that shows they wont say “ Rangers fans “.

Masonic brothers and all that plus its the team of choice . Even if it werent they probably have a policy not to “ antagonise “ the most violent set of fans in the country especially as you will be even more heavily outnumbered than usual soon in the most explosive situation of the year so far. Even if the boss were a decent chap he may well think shut up for my officers safety sake.

Throw in a humping in 3 weeks and we have the perfect storm.

We all should watch and access the situation carefully and that hopefully includes the board. They especially should never ever take any chances with their fans safety,, not anymore than usual that is. This last week was a huge signal that these 800 tickets simply must be refused.

It would be catastrophic for them should they accept tickets and something bad happens to that group. The smart businessman ( and they are ) would surely say why take the risk, better safe than sorry I believe. I certainly lean that way.

However there are pound signs attached to that game and “ the spectacle “ .

I really hope money does not sway them on this occasion. And hey,,their stadium safety cert? Would you trust them its clean ? Or GCC that alls in hand ? If theyve got the cops GCC is small fry.

If they do accept tickets,,,I guess some of us try our best to talk sense and pray for those who wont listen.

    Hail Hail

  15. According to the ‘Times’ Fulham have tabled £9 mill for D. Boyata.

    News now Celtic.

    Laters.

  16. It looks like Oli will be available for the AEK game. :))))

I really hope he is there. A Superb midfielder that is getting better and better.

AEK will obviously be very hard to break down but with Oli and Big Tam playing I’ll be a lot more confident of getting 2 or 3 goals, hopefully more.

The trouble for the young Mikey Johnson is that when he gets his cameo appearances from the bench, the team has dropped down a few gears. I’ve seen it with Paddy and Griff over the past year or so, they come on and try to make an impact but the team has slowed down. Johnston clearly has talent but needs games and experience, a loan would be the best option

    >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

    I agree.

Need Dynamic Young ones coming through.

Get oot on Loan and Be the next KT… from a different route.

The goal tally by Callum was Superb for a midfielder when he was @ Notts County. His Finishing then was utterly instinctive.

The BMG miss likely put him back a lot confidence wise. It is a huge responsibility to play for Celtic.

Guys I would take that if true, to me he is a good player but always a blunder in him, and as someone on here always says, I pwould run him to the airport myself.
