Okay, so we got a 90th minute winner and collected the three points, but after sitting through the first full 90 minutes I’ve seen for a while, watching it on CTV, I have to say this is without doubt the poorest performance I’ve seen it many years (I can’t comment on the team in general cos I hardly ever see the games).
If this is typical of Celtic under Ronnie Deila (sp?) then I really do fear for us in the future… it’s no wonder we have been woeful in Europe if that’s as good as we can manage against a middle-of-the-road SPHell team. Ronnie must have a shed-load of Get Out of Jail Free cards somewhere…
That was awful, deserved the three points, just.

very happy with 3 points and we look much better with leigh’s mobility. HOWEVER, i’m worried about this team. Ambrose needs to go, pure and simple. Cifti not a lone striker in a million years! Forrest lacks a brain.
Three points to the 10 men! What can you say about that? Great result against the odds, but absolutely terrible performance from a clueless team.
I hope the result does not disguise that we are rudderless both on and off the park.
Credit to Thistle, they came to play and can count themselves unlucky.

We are a very poor team, poorly coached; without any discernible plan. Ronny lucked out today.

Also a wee glimmer of character about winning with 10 men.
I just hope that with any new signings in mind our management are big enough to change our system.

Bitton almost cost the manager his job. Reckless. On a yellow and commits 2 rash tackles in succession.
Played better when down to 10 men. Much more fight and desire when our backs were against the wall.
Maybe this will be like the Aberdeen game last season when we won in the last minute with ten men. We pushed on strongly then. Will we this year?
If it is true that winning whilst playing poorly is the stuff of champions then we are certainties.

Evening all, watched the game on my firestick, poor fair. Said to the mrs, we’re gonnie lose this game. She replied, “get rid of yer diddy manager”. Says it all really. So glad we won, but don’t believe for a moment, this team won’t be challenged seriously. The sooner Scott Brown is back the better. We are a shadow of a title winning team without him. IMHO. HH

……..only caught the last twenty minutes on the wireless but what I heard was standard fayre for him most games……….he comes over as overly keen to accentuate all the negatives, in keeping with the general tone from his employers at Shortie, also he makes these comments avoiding proper context seemingly oblivious to the environment that his former club must compete in. I could go on, but wont.

well as I said b4 the game PT are a stuffy side but there was nothing on show against the sheep to show that they could trouble us. I thought we might struggle to score but for large parts of the game we were outplayed. Why can PT outplay us so easily?
I thought we made stupid choices close to their box we often shoot instead of passing to a colleague in a better position. We have 2 many players who do not have a football brain. we have no movement off the ball & as for fitness we are no fitter than the PT players. I thought we were robbed if Griffiths was still out we would have drawn.
No movement, no physical strength & if the Croat is worth £4 million then I should get my boots back on.
I know quiet a lot of people who have stopped going as it is too boring to watch not for any other reason other than we are boring. Cannot disagree boring & inept.
If this result does not pick the team up then Ronnie has to go.
