   Performance means nothing.Great result.Clean sheet,and a goal.Score there,they need 3.

    

   Was always going to be difficult.I think many on here missed out the 80s and 90s.Nearly every team that came to CP scored.Sometimes more than one.

    

   Most managers rate a home 0-0 draw as a decent result.Another game on Saturday to get up to more game fitness.

    Thanks for the updates everyone. Without tv/radio coverage it felt like one of those away ties from the 70s to an E. European team where you don’t know what the result is till the final whistle.

    The clean sheet was huge. We are still in a hell of a dog fight but a goal out there should be enough. I’m happy with that result.

    The usual qualifier in July torture cranked up another notch by only having audio, my carpet is worn oot.

     

     

    We nick a goal over there and it should be game over, although they defended well as a unit didn’t sound like they had much up front.

    Griffiths decision is unfathomable . Stop trying.

     

     

    Ciftci may go on to prove something – he’s got something about him but right at this present moment Griffiths is our on form striker. If I was Griffiths I would be kicking the manager’s door down for an explanation. Griffiths has a screw lose but I think he is an excellent striker. We don’t want to lose him. If he keeps getting benched for inferior alternatives and keeps scoring when he is played – he may well call Delia’s bluff.

    Last season’s opponents at this stage where better quality so difficult to make comparison. We have had four transfer windows to replace our last natural six-yard box goalscorer and this could cost us a place in the CL group stage if we get passed this mob. Why do we pay Lawwell £1m per annum if he allows this to happen for two years?

    Doing my Marshalll at Ladies’ Open so could not get to game tho both daughters are there. Never again! Worse than being at the game . Mae wonder I am white-haired!! BTW , for the first since 1990 I have actually got something green in the outfit!!! A Celtic green baseball cap. And the best thing? Rules say must be worn at all times on duty! Lots of healing bears:):)

    Boyata has looked good in early games, that goal really elevates him to folk hero level.

     

    He could be a gem.
