To be fair if normal away supporters rules applied [pre Dave King appeasing the bigots] then you probably could say Scott Brown directed his focus on the away support.
However considering the positioning of the Celtic captain surely he is infront of about 7000 celtic fans and only 800 away fans.

I’ll take three points from der Hun in any way at anytime – we have injuries and uncertainties but we got there as the great and beautiful Glasgow Celtic do.
As for the BBC- the Jonathan Sutherland I met years ago was a Celtic fan – his repeated accusations about Broonie tonight – made him look pathetic and dribbling- could on,y have come from an editorial policy at Pacific Quay – we all know who and what the head of sport is – it is now time for our board to grow a pair with that particular individual

Just logged on and not read back yet – but have to say I am not happy at the BBC coverage of the game. I should calrify – not the pundits Stewart and Thompson – but the BBC employees and particularly Jonathan Sutherland.
What an attempted character assassination of Scott Brown – blatant and…struggling to find words here. “Brown at the centre of things again” as Kent punches Brown in the face. “Brown again” as Halliday attacks Brown and Bain – truly obscene bias from Surtherland.
And – “Six arrests for sectarian singing – three of them for sectarian singing directed as Steven Gerard”.
What sectarian singing was directed at Gerard? I never heard anything – I admit, though, and in the interests of balance, it is possible that someone might have sung something – but did anyone hear anything? It seemed like a relativel;y quiet game from a singing point of view.
Since Pat Nevin’s now debunked pronouncement on Celtic “sectarian singing” that turned out to be a lie from a Heatrts supporting BBC emplotyee, I have had a lack of trust in the impartiality of some within the sports department.
A real attempted hatchet job against Celtic by Sutherland (put down by both Stewart and Thompson) – pandering to the Ibrox mob so they can get back in there.

Not sure where to start regarding today’s game.
Main thing to recognise that OE is some player and he is still only half finished.
Brilliant today — worked his strengths to the max and was worth more than one goal.
Other stuff not so good — we won today without a functioning MF.
However they will be having nightmares tonight regarding SB.
He is now haunting them and they can’t cope.
MadMitch on
The off the field stuff is now getting beyond a joke.
Memo to the SFA — schedule our games against the TFOD2.1 before an international break and not after it.
Memo to Sky — Please get rid of the TFOD2.1 supporting producer who is either calling the shots directly or who has set the agenda and moved on.
Regarding the singing — SG and his close relationship with certain strands of NI politics.
Shame on you Sky — playing with your knobs as you tried to maximise the output by selective use of your ground mikes. The song starts and the sound changes three or four times in 5 seconds as you try and maximise the output by first microphone selection and then you just turned up the volume.
Shame on you Sky 2 — the lack of a timely replay regarding the RK haymaker.
After an eternity all you proceeded to show was the view from behind SB that did highlight the punch.
Just how many different views and camera angles did you go through before you found one that showed the incident but told us nothing?
Obviously 5 minutes later with the incident now safely history you manged to show the side on view with RK lashing out. It was so bad that the muppet formerly known as AW was shocked by the incident.

Has that Kent been referred to the proper authorities yet?

It is always a good feeling to beat the Zombie Club from Govan, but it honestly left me surprisingly flat, mainly because of our game management. Tierney to me is a long term injury worry – I think Hayes should have started in his place, with Burke in front of him. Rogic should not have played at all – at one point Madden outsprinted him!
Our general management of substitutions is simply negligent. Several people around me noticed that Kieran was struggling – why didn’t any of our coaching staff? As soon as they spotted it, Toljan should have been ordered to get ready. What do our players do? Kieran does not go down on the park, and none of our players puts the ball out. Even amateur teams do this.
Instead, Kieran leaves the field, and still no Celtic player puts the ball into touch. Kieran is sitting on the ground behind the goal receiving treatment, and the physio signals he is done. Then, and only then, does Toljan take his training top off, while we continue playing a man short. This is the height of stupidity, and could easily have led to a Hun goal.
This has been a pattern for a few years, with players not ready, or not instructed to get ready quickly enough. A few years ago, it took Griffiths seven minutes to enter the field as a substitute, which is a nonsense.
It is a recurrent theme on here that our crossing and corners are simply awful, either due to the inefficiency of the crosser, or the placement of the intended receivers. I am tired of announcers stating, “And McGregor takes the corner, an outswinger to the far post……………..and there is no one there.” At least one player should always be there, so if the cross carries beyond everybody, it can be returned into the danger area ( like Boyata to Brown for the winner at Kilmarnock). As it is, all our players jam together, get in each other’s way, and a poor cross cuts them all out at one fell swoop.
Anyway, after getting that off my chest, I’m delighted we won, although it took an inexplicable error from Tavernier to give it to us. McGregor’s quick pass to Odsonne was the best pass of the 90 minutes by either side, and Odsonne’s lay-off was perfect.
Any time we beat Sevco, it is always satisfying to visit the Hun sites and delight in the wailing and gnashing of teeth. Today is different. Apart from the hatred spewed out at Broonie, there is general optimism on Sevco media that they are a lot closer to us and hope expressed that Lenny will retain the job. And the last three results against them tend to reinforce the view that they are inching closer, at least in the head to head contests. We have a lot of work to do in the close season to maintain our competitive advantage, and to have a chance of getting through the Champions League qualifying hurdles.

First half today was very reminiscent of Rodgers’ 5-0 game last season i thought except we couldnt get the second goal before half time that would probably have ended it as a contest
Sinclair’s miss early i the second half would also have done that.
The game then went a bit weird. We slowed our play down and fell to their level and that’s where things started to go wrong
The injuries meant any plan Lennon might have had went out the window and reduced his ability to change things

The sectarian singing was just another pre-pack to put into the mix if things did not go well for our friends from Govan. The GB let themselves down by giving them such an easy get out but how they — the SPL / Media ludge — and Sky have milked it.

Similar emotions to yourself.
We nearly lost the game at one point and then we nearly gifted them an equaliser.
Some good football in the first half with the full team up for it and really focused.
Some really bad game management.
KT — was never going to last the full 90 minutes.
Before he came of he gave up on a good through ball and let it run out of play.
From then on it was only a matter of time.
ON — very undercooked regarding conditioning and stamina.
Easily our best MF when he was on the park but another who was never going to play 90 minutes.
TR — Two weeks too early at the very least.
DB — Unlucky but the fear has descended at the start of the second half and he was not at the races. See their goal for evidence.
SB — He is in full farewell tour mode — only playing the choruses.
Still he is 2 yards quicker in their heads.
Squad is in a poor state at the moment.
Two weeks to get things set up for the SF.
