    I don’t think we judge any manager by a previous one but by what he himself does or doesn’t do, like choosing the team or making substitutions or laying out tactics.

     

     

    Imo, we can never repay the debt we owe Neil Lennon but I don’t think he should be our manager next season. I don’t even know whether it is in his own best interests.

    Neil Lennon will be considered because he is incumbent, has another 8 or 9 games this season to prove himself and most importantly, would be a low cost option.

    Thank you Neil for the job you are doing of holding thing together after our players were left rattled.

    The Rodgers project may well have cost us far far more than you dare to think about if ‘fate’ had not decided that NFL was available last month.

     

    To try and define the episode as some kind of financial break even plan worth taking is nonsense.

     

    I loved every bit of the Rodgers era but I really don’t want celtic to go down that road ever again.

    Celtic committed 8 fouls – 4 bookings ( 1 every 2 tackles)

     

    Sevco – 16 fouls, 2 bookings with a 3rd after the game, and a red, 3 booking resulted in 2nd red, basically 1 booking every 5 tackles.

     

     

    Not that it really matters

     

    4th red card in a season, straight Red = 2 games, what does accumulating 4 reds mean ???

    This was a victory for Neil Lennon’s Celtic. He picked Hayes at left wing and set us up differently from how we ever played under Brendan. In the first half shape was excellent, we played to a very effective pattern, Eddie was asked to run the channels, hold the ball up no sideways passing, no obsession with possession. We looked up for a battle, and smart in a way that we weren’t under BR.

     

     

    It was such a mental game that you can forgive the players for losing it for a period in the second half – no amount of coaching prepares you for that amount of injuries and crazy stuff – but we did absolutely lose it. Ajers pass to KT after he’d gone off injured said it all. We could have lost a game that we should have easily won.

     

     

    But that’s life at Celtic with Neil Lennon as boss. I think I enjoy days like these as much as beating them by four or five.

    It’s pretty unusual for managers to do that when things are going well.

     

     

    I thought he’d taken a bit of a knock just before the first half ended.

    trying to blame or involve him so as to make him somehow responsible for the huns indiscipline was truly unbelievable,

     

     

    Just as well they don’t do bias at the BBC his comments were clearly aimed for the compliance officer for a campaign of fictitious complaints

    Probably because its not true…..They beat Dundee 4 nil the night Lenny took charge at tynecastle .

     

    However apart from that you are right because they have gone 5 games now without a win.
