  1. In their last 2 games, the Huns should have had a minimum of 4 red cards. They received none! Honest mistakes my arse.

  2. Bhoys ,don’t email,J P Taylor, what for,ffs you would have thought we lost the league, this afternoon,we drew with the Huns, and if a lot of us are Honest ,if Waghorn, scored which Craig Gordon saved for us,they might have took 3 points of us ,but they didn’t,we are still unbeaten,a chance of winning 3 Trophies, the penalty decision, well some you get and some you don’t and I’m sure up till now we haven’t done to bad ,in getting a few,put this result to bed, move on to Dundee, next Sunday, hopefully 3 points, then the following week another 3 points, and the league is ours,

Ha Ha.. Spot on.. how funny was that.. in section 440, (Jock Stein Upper) the place was counting out EVERY step the mason took.. Laughter everywhere at 8 steps!!!

  4. I think that may be my first on the page podium.

2 good things to come out of today.

1)Immediately after the game did a five mile run as fast as fu** such was my state of agitation

    2) hopefully knock any complanancy from fans and players on the head.

Today will be the last game of this season we will fail to win.

  5. The game is rigged ffs.

Beaton last week and Madden this week with the Hun gaining both times.

Our leadership will do nothing and Hamilton will do the same. Managers are left to comment about how therefs missed the calls. Say it how it is CHEATING.

Next game it is time for Gamboa,Izzy.Jozo and Emboua.sp.

    Fresh legs.

  6. Today was just a football game. Tomorrow will the the 21st anniversary of the greatest tragedy to afflict our country. HH

So video reffing will have 3 refs or ex refs making the decisions.

    I didn`t say that.

    You did.

Video refs are usually a panel of three refs or former refs.

    NOT commentators.

It has worked successfully in rugby league , rugby union and cricket for many years.

Why wont it work in football ?

It wont be perfect , but it will be an improvement.

    In other sports.

Video refereeing is used in cricket because refs are human. Video refereeing is used in rugby because refs are human. Video refereeing will eventually be used in most football leagues because refs are human. Video refereeing will NOT be used in Scotland because refs and their masters are huns. Unless we shine a light on it. Goodnight.

Can’t see how video refs will make any difference. Three Huns looking at a decision given for sevco or against us are hardly likely to do anything other than confirm the decision.

    Spot on.

But that is precisely where our Board should be putting pressure .

Why don`t the Celtic Trust hit that particular button instead of ……………………

The cheating resonates with all of us and would attract , I would venture to suggest , overwhelming support.

Perhaps from most other Clubs too.

Then the pressure may , just may , produce a result.

I dont think Theresa May’s politics matters a jot.

She represents the corporate front and Gove is a desperate scumbag.

  16. Strange game. The ref and North stand side linesman had us penned in for the first 10 minutes. Gradually we gained control of the first half and scored. This was without playing all that well.

Until about 75 minutes we dominated the second half again without playing well. Surprisingly they came at us then for about ten minutes and scored. In any other league the scorer would not have been on the park at that point. Despite a disappointing performance Celtic would still have won had we had an honest referee. No matter who referees at Hampden Madden has set the benchmark for them today.

Today was bound to happen at some point. Personally I think that the hype surrounding our unbeaten record is becoming counter productive to our performances. The unbeaten run stats are irrelevant, it is the treble we should be concentrating on, and our quest for that would probably be aided by losing a league game, and taking the pressure that the team are suffering from away.

Regarding today’s performance, I think that there were telling signs regarding some of our players. Brendan has rightly been praised for turning our performances round, with largely the same players that underperformed when Ronny was at the helm. Today I watched (on tv) Nir Bitton playing poorly again. He has neat and tidy skills, but today, as in other high profile games, he was found wanting. I honestly think he is now a liability for the team. His weak display was in part, responsibly for Sevco’s domination of the midfield in the first half. We should remember that a number of the current team were found wanting in the Cup Semi-final last year. Today’s game was similar in many ways, in that although we have technically superior players to Sevco, the temperament of some is questionable.

I believe Bitton blew his last chance today, to be a fixture in our side, and I believe Brendan’s next team selection will bear this out.

Like most on here tonight I think Brown, Gordon and Boyata were our best players. IMO Sevco deserved to draw, although they were certainly aided by some of Madhun’s decisions and non decisions. Shocking display from the ref. We just had too many players who’s performances did not pass muster.

However on the brighter side, this was a good heads up for the important Cup game to come, and will have zero relevance on us winning the League, which will likely be clinched this month. I do not think we are capable of playing much worse, we were on the receiving end of some poor decisions, but still Sevco could only scrape a draw.

Today’s game was undoubtedly a disappointment, but only because our results to date have been so exceptional. The League will be won, and we have been given a timely reminder that we will have to raise our game substantially if we are to prevail against Sevco and the MIB (Thomshun for sure) and book our place in the Scottish Cup Final in May. If we do prevail, we will be one game away from a treble.

How many of us would have dared dream that last May?

  20. Margaret McGill on

How many on here believe that the Celtic players and coaching staff were super anxious about the ref and their own safety even before kick-off?

No more bad day at the office crap. We have a record breaking football machine in our midst firing on all cylinders and we have a bad day at the office because its cheating c**ts time? Not buying it. Besides, the PLC were kissing hun ass today I hear.

HUNDERBIRDS ARE GONE on 13TH MARCH 2017 1:10 AM

    You`re right.

The state of the Celtic nation has improved immeasurably in nine short months.

Nevertheless , the outcome of the game , imho , was determined by the referee who , I am convinced , is biased.

Even the free kick for their goal was the last of a succession of soft , or non , free kicks.

    Blatant bias.

  23. I don’t accept the we got what we deserved premise.

The only statistic they beat us on were fouls.

Possession, shots, shots on goal were in our favour.

People mentioning a couple of saves from Gordon forget SA hit the post, and drew a couple of good saves from their keeper.

Leigh had a shot headed practically off the line and of course Madden was the only person in the stadium who didn’t think Hill’s assault on Leigh in the final minute wasn’t a penalty.

Talking of assaults a couple of our players are lucky they weren’t seriously injured.

So as far as I’m concerned we were the better football side and with fairer officials playing to the rules we would have won.

    Comfortably.

    Auldheid on 12th March 2017 4:36 pm

    Correct!

Hunnery is Celtic PLC’s friend. Celtic PLC want Glasgow Rangers (make no bones about it because that’s who they are) around for the bigot buck. Its all about money and a WWF spectacle.

Thats why they have done nothing and in fact said nothing about their cheating past present and future.

21 trophies won by cheating on and off the park on a gargantuan scale and the custodians stay schtum.

It should be obvious by now that Celtic PLC want res 12 to just go away.

The well being of the bigot buck is primary.

The well being and protection of the players is secondary.

The well being and protection of Celtic supporters is tertiary.

    More than just a club.

I agree , poor performance or not.

Maddens performance wasn’t the only thing ‘off ‘ today but it was the deciding factor on today’s result
