    I’m no expert on these things but I would have thought that, while in administration, they cant sell the business or its assets without the consent of the owner.

     

     

    However I would also have thought that once liquidation was forced upon them, everything would have to go for the best possible price, regardless of Whyte’s position.

     

     

    How far off the mark am I?

    Not a great game tonight. Still, end of season fare I suppose.

     

     

    On the RFCiA latest, surely if the Miller incubator plan takes off, and a year or 2 or 3 from now the NewCo and the OldCo merge into one again, then that is the point at which any sporting penalties which are due to be doled out to OldCo should be enforced? The OldCo can’t escape punishment for ever simply by lying dormant for a few years..If the double contracts/undeclared payments are found to have happened, for instance, there should be sporting penalties enforced either now or whenever the OldCo re-emerges.

     

     

    Also. Mr Miller is preferred bidder. Presumably that means he’s not exclusive bidder, and so anyone else can still come in and match his bid or better it? Or, in the absence of anyone else, he can lower his bid?

     

     

    We just need the FTT to declare against them now in the big tax case to nip all this in the bud……..

    I thought Mo tried too hard tonight, he had some very good touches, he was unlucky a few times, given game time he may well do the biz, Henke did endorse him, and I trust his judgement, Mo has been seriously hampered with injuries since he arrived, some on the blogs are an impatient bunch, some don’t even get a game any more to impress.

    Exiled – Whyte may own the club but he isnt running it. Its being run by the Duffers on behalf of the creditors (well allegedly). They can do what they like as long as its in the best interest of creditors. Whtye has no say.
