KRISTOFFER AJER has come back ahead of schedule to play alongside Filip Benkovic in the Celtic central defence against Hearts in the Betfred League Cup semi-final at Murrayfield this afternoon.
Scott Bain, who has played in the previous ties against Partick Thistle and St Johnstone, comes back in for regular keeper Craig Gordon, who is on the subs’ bench.
James Forrest is back on the wing, as CQN reported yesterday, while Tom Rogic has returned from the injury that kept him out of the travelling squad to Leipzig on Thursday.
