RONNY DEILA will have a clear-the-air chat with frozen-out Anthony Stokes after the striker’s comments on social media.

The Republic of Ireland international frontman showed his frustration at his failure to be included in the Norwegian’s squad.

Stokes posted on Twitter: “Buzzing to be brought all the way to Inverness with the team to sit in the stands today, lovely weather for it, too…”

The player,, who had also tweeted that he was fit and ready to go having been putting in daily double sessions in an attempt to force his way back into the team, responded to recent wages comments saying: “Who gives a f***about wages when your (sic) not playing games! It’s all about playing and contributing not picking up a wage.”

Deila interrupted his pre-match talks to say: “I pick the team and the squad and there are always 20 players looking for two places.

“Ninety-nine times it’s others players who are out. Of course, these are not the values we want.”

Asked if he would have a word with Stokes, Deila answered: “Of course.”
