yeah, celticrollercoaster, your name sums up this team perfectly. Joe missing again,Hooper not interested and Efe at it as usual. still HT 2-2 far too soft at the back. the bobo factor right enough, 1 bad defender rattles the whole back line, nfl should have made sure Vic protects the back line if efe is there. Paul said it yesterday we need to be ready and again we dont look ready utd are rotten as well.

The balance of Charlie Vic and Joe is not looking good, Charlie in particular looking lost the day and not tracking his men, Big Vic may have golden balls but he’s no at the races the day..

Another gamble bringing Forrest back for a semi-final game. We are far too soft/ exposed down the right-hand side when Dundee Utd break.
Missing Brown? Missing Mathews? Forrest doesn’t track back/ offer cover.

Some players either need to go, want to go or both.
New players are required to freshen things up. The team has gone stale and needs renewed.
WGS knew one thing very well building a new team for each year. This made him successful. I think Neil needs to adopt this position rather than the MON same team/same players until they drop.

HT Celtic 2-2 Dundee Utd
Entertaining game. Both sides doing their bit for Scottish football. We got off to a brilliant start with a great goal from Commons but then lost one against the run of play. Defensively our midfield have struggled with the pace that DU break at. We were exposed at the back when Ledley lost possession on the edge of their box, Wlson made a poor challenge on the half way line and DU took advantage to score. Their second came from a stupid free kick given away by Izzy and then poor defending at our front post. Looked like one of our players headed it in. Ten we deservedly got back level after a good cross by Izzy and fine header by big Victor who dod what Lustig failed to do earlier and headed home from 6 yds.
This game can go either way. The Bhoys will have to work harder in midfield. With James out wide it gives us a good attacking option but we look light in the centre. Hooper has had none of the ball playing on his own through the middle. We need to push someone else up front to help him. Commons started brightly then drifted out of it. Izzy pressing well, Lustig looks unfit. Ambrose looks solid today.Need more from Victor and Ledley in the middle.
Hopefully playing towards our own fans will spur the Bhoys on. Could be another 4-3 game here.

pfayr – he ducked out of an aerial challenge a few seconds before they cleared from defence and then ambled back when they broke whilst a United player ran by him. In a way you’re right, he wasn’t involved but he should have been.
After he scored he threw daggers towards the bench and shouted something. I got the impression Lenny had bollocked him for the Utd goal and he was telling him to gtf.
The highlights just shown don’t show him ducking the initial challenge.

Wee James lack of games telling, we need strikers willing to track back. 1st change Stokes on for James. Bring Charlie back for Ambrose or Lustig if he is carrying a knock and bring Kayal in to midfield. Must admit I am very worried at this juncture. We tend to lose these type of games.
