Hit them quick and hard

263

Dundee have not scored a goal since taking a 2-0 lead over Motherwell with 20 minutes remaining earlier this month.  Since then, they have played 200 minutes football, plus added time.  Motherwell battered in three late goals that day to take the points, as Tony Docherty’s defence capitulated.

Their response, was to keep out Aberdeen and Newco, both of whom scored three times against the Celtic defence this month.  That bizarre loss to Motherwell is Dundee’s only defeat since losing 7-1 at Celtic Park in February.  Dundee were a shambles that day, but they reacted with the same fortitude they did to the defeat from Motherwell.

Celtic won 0-3 at Dundee on Boxing Day, albeit the game remained in the balance until late, and we won 3-0 in the first league meeting between the sides this season, in September.  Both these three goal wins were level at the break.

We can conclude that Dundee are a difficult side to predict.  When it goes wrong, it goes wrong quickly and thoroughly, but until then, they have enough composure to subdue most opponents.  So hit them quick and hard.

It’s all getting a bit exciting.

heres my recent experience of the c*nts that you stand with….

last week, at the indie/palestine demo/march/protest at George square, we had the usual stands that have been there every week since the genocide commenced as well as the big stage for the indies. there was also a wee section for fuds wi union jacks and another small group behind the ggec merch gazebo. one of this last group is a regular at george square with his stop all wars home mad banner – fair enough.

last week he also had a few other choice banners. “there are only 2 genders” , some other banners aimed at Humza and his factual observations about white folk in high places and another belter “send them back”. Sean Clerkins argued with the polis about the banner but it stayed. One of the group of oddballs with these banners decided to ask the young girls and 1 male volunteers about the merch on the stall. they ignored him. he continued to ask if “from the river to the sea” slogan was banned. So i chipped in with some facts. He then complained about the Palestinian flag. So i approached him. Asked him what was wrong, told him his union jack was the flag of the worlds lap dog and then there was a wee bit more “chat”. so i asked him about the “send them home” banner. Was it only brown people he would send back ? he mumbled some shite and then i asked him if he would send the Irish back. “Id send them back first” he replied. I asked him to send me back. He said he didnt have the power ???? i had to step away (the missus was with me and I was under instructions not to start anything or “get the jail”.

Thats who you and your feckin clown on you tube stand with.

I have another story about a word i had with some muppet walking round the square live streaming with his union jack, but i’ve typed too much. You stand with him too.

  9. For all you out there wishin and hopin and prayin for a wee boost the morra over at Fergie Park think again as this mob have NEVER liked us and also have had a very close relationship with their near neighbours along Paisley Road West.

I have mentioned before about a deal construed between the “baddies”, Renfrewshire Council and John Lawrence Glasgow Ltd, the biggest home builder in the country at the time, the baddies had signed an Icelandic forward called Tottie Beck who was allegedly on a huge contract, however after 3 years and 80 appearances he had only scored 25 goals, so they wanted to unload him, but no takers.

Around this time john lawrence was looking to build houses in the area and a deal was allegedly reached with Renfrewshire Council to rezone some property for the housing mogul in return for the huns takin beck off their hands, no fee was ever mentioned and at the time they did have a surplus of goal scorers, in his short spell there he only played 11 games scoring 2 goals however the highlight of his hun career was on New Year’s Day when he mercilessly and repeatedly fouled the wee mhan who eventually retaliated and was sent off, although it seemed that Jinky had made a good job of the reprisal it appeared that beck had made a miraculous recovery as soon as Jimmy disappeared up the tunnel, beck was eventually let go later on that year for Rouen in France.

Also, and I heard this from someone who had sat at the top table at Parkheid that they would never sell any players tae us and before the Franks are mentioned, McAvennie and McGarvey, they joined us fae other clubs and they widnae sell us McDougall, as for Sammy Wilson, he joined us on a free as did Henry Quinn grandson of Jimmy and cousin of the other Jimmy.

So, no lookin for any favours whatsoever the morra or the following week when kilmasonic visit them, its all up tae us ghuys.

  13. Good ( Sunday ) Morning….

A VERY Profitable day yesterday ( Saturday) with a few Horse Racing and Football Bets coming up..

    West Ham v Liverpool…Correct Score 2 – 2 at odds of 14/1.

    Aston Villa v Chelsea…Correct Score 2 – 2 at odds of 11/1.

I backed BOTH of the above Correct Scores in ” Single Bets” and also with other matches to be played Today ( Sunday)…” Lucky 31″ etc.

My Favourite Horse Trainer had THREE Horses running yesterday…One Runner was Pulled Up, but the other TWO Won at ” EARLY Bigger Odds” of 16/1 and 3/1. I got a Double and Two Single Bets from that PATENT BET.

” JONBON” was the Winner at Early Odds of 3/1….I had that particular Horse on Three different Bookie Lines.

I really Fancied JONBON against the ODDS ON Irish Favourite.

I also had the SANDOWN Place Pot come up which paid out just over £224.00…for a £1 Stake.

    Over all…. not too shabby…LOL.

    HH.

  14. oops…My Favourite Horse Trainer ALSO had a 4th Horse running yesterday at big odds of around 50/1….I could NOT bring myself to back it so I left it alone….Thankfully… as it was Pulled Up.
