Petec, your always as sharp as a tack young man.

We were well good tonight a good European away win is always welcome.

Ange has had a lot to weigh up since he came in for us I see only good things from him.

I wish he’d be like Livi were twice already this season against us, when we play away from home, but he knows what’s what, bless him.

The kevj? Why doesn’t he post now?

Is he ok with all of this heath stuff going on these days?

I hope so. I’ll probably be cast aside as a bad person for saying that.

What does that say about some folk who are incapable of getting over themselves and admitting that by the looks of how the last 10 years, maybe we should’ve ’emptied the park’ instead of being precious and not being able to see in front of their own noses, or just plain spiteful, look where that has got us? Auldheid etc?

I’ll look for kevj’s posts, hope he reads this.

All the best to you and your close ones PETEC. 💚 🙏

from all I have seen only w*nks use the term woke

    ©

    or maybe w*nks are woke?

  3. SPIKEYSAULDMAN on 5TH NOVEMBER 2021 12:06 AM

the same folk who go on about “political correctness gone mad”, “red tape” and moan about “health and safety”

    ©

its only w*nks who need all of that, don’t you think?

if there’s 67 million people on an island and 50k are sick? who knows how many?

who do we believe? media 100% proven liars? media’s chosen medic’s?

politician’s? trained liars that they are?

    who? who do we believe?

67 million people locked down for nearly 2 years because of what proven liars say?

folk got sick folk died, that happens every year. doesn’t it?

take medicine but you can still get sick and pass on your sickness to other non sick people who didn’t take the medicine? really?

    and you think that’s ok?

the media liars, political liars, celebrity liars, all want never ending w*nky stuff, can’t you see that?

the media don’t just lie on the back pages ye know!

the “real” question is, who owns the lying media? the lying politicians? the lying celebrities?

the companies who are making trillions out of all of this? who owns them all?

answer that question and you’ll see more clearly. 👍

    take care. hh

Brilliant performance last night. Outclassed the fascists. However, we need to cut out the cheap goals (I’m sure Ferencvaros QN saying the same today).

Time for Mikey J to get serious, because this is a serious team. If he wants to showboat he should join the circus, not the Celtic.

    Kyogo 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

  5. Ange:

“The fact we can get three goals away from home is because we just go at teams. I still think that is the way forward. It’s the kind of team we want to be and I think it’s the team our supporters want us to be.”

It is certainly the way this supporter wants us to play but many comments on here ( and at the ground) suggest I might not be in the majority.

Incidentally, I saw a couple of reports blaming Mikey Johnston for their second goal. Absolutely wrong ! Mikey played it out the Celtic way and Calmac made a mistake. He is allowed to.

  6. Apologies to Calmac ( and the sharp eyed on here ) their second goal ,it was mikey who left the ball behind 😵

I got a wee bit mixed up in the heat of watching and trying to type 😜

  7. Bogno

That makes me look daft !! I thought Mikey played it to Calmac !!

    Apologies to our Skipper.

  8. Not Smoked

I’ve just watched the highlights and I think it was the other way round , Calmac plays it out to mikey who leaves the ball behind ?

I’m another who likes the way we play ..

    I’m off to Specsavers c.f.c.

  9. I am not minimising any angst that may have been caused to the wearer of the spectacles but, after reading of the horrendous violence perpetrated by the Brondby Police, I felt this hardly painted a picture of unprovoked mayhem:

“I saw one man have his glasses knocked off and another go down as the crowd were forced back by the baton wielding police.”

    Daily Record.

  10. Bognorbhoy

Is that `Not` in retaliation for my missing the `r` from your name? :-)))

I am going to have another look at the Mikey Mistake!

  11. Bognor

The commentator said `Johnston to McGregor` but it was, in fact, the other way round.

    Sorry again, Calmac.

  12. Tom McLaughlin on

    SAINT STIVS

why are there so many norn-irish polis in glasgow, who agreed to that

Because they are more experienced at beating up wee lassies.

  13. If you’re interpreting taking the knee as anything other than an anti racist message, the problem’s usually with you.

I slept like a baby last night. Amazing how a Celtic away win in Europe accompanied by a few drams relaxes one’s vibe.

If we’re going to progress in the EL we need to get at least a point in Leverkusen, or Real Betis to fail to win at home to Ferencvaros. Two long shots but you never know.

Onward to Dens Park on Sunday which will be my first visit there for 35 years.

    Bring it on.

  15. Great goals, lovely build ups.

    Just love Jota!

I feel wee Mikey is there to see if he’s good enough for us NOT to buy Jota.

    Just a feeling.

    Otherwise happy with our progress.

Thanks again for the goal links AT and BB.

Onward to Dens Park on Sunday which will be my first visit there for 35 years.

    ——————

I just got a gruff voice in my head saying “this is Dick Donnelly at Dens”

  17. The pharmacies must be doing a roaring trade in Valium if my experience watching this Celtic team is anything to go by……

Exciting forward play with a mixture of slack play at times keeps us on the edge……

Hopefully no drop off of effort against Dundee, still scarred by the Livi result.

    Well done Celtic., 💚☘️✅⚽🇮🇪

  18. Everyone should read the statement released with the Huns financial results. They even mention that they may struggle to continue as a going concern. I am suspicious of this and wouldn’t be surprised if they are looking to dump their debt again and go into administration.

  19. CONEYBHOY

    Dick Donnelly?

I’ll never forget his half-time report of Dundee v Motherwell on BBC Radio Scotland back in the 80s.

“Just before half-time Dundee nearly broke the deadlock when a low cross came in from the right and Tommy Coyne slid in at full stretch and missed it by a baw hair.”

  20. Give Celtic room to play and we most certainly will. All three goals from open play, as most of our goals tend to be. Not so much a threat from corners or free kicks. Hopefully, that will come.

Dens on Sunday will be our waves of attack versus 11 in dark blue defence. A couple of early goals required to alter McPake’s predicable game plan.

I see that it cost cap-in-hand FC two million quid a month to win a league title. The irony is, we were so bad they could have done it on a fraction of that.

  21. Bhoy From The Boyne on

    Really enjoyed last nights match.

    What a player Kyogo is!

The type of quality we really only see every 15-20 years.

Sounds like the Zombies are confident of access to loans to finish out the season.

Access to the CL pot for next season really is bust or boom for them.
