Performance to be expected with players playing to form.
Zaluska – ok. no whitey yet.
Efe – fast. random. occasionally good, occasionally daydreaming.
O’Connell – Still a bit raw but a good performance so far. Sometimes his team-mates don’t give him an option.
Mulgrew – Competent.
Twardzik – Very poor but isn-t a left back so unfair on him.
Henderson – Good drive, trying to make things happen. Makes some mistakes but is learning.
Bitton – Fine shot. Should do more as he has the ability. I’m still waiting for him to really put his stamp on the game.
McGeogh – Is he playing?
Commons – On of those games where is touch is awful. Will probably score a screamer.
Griffiths – Trying hard but not in the game. Needs to be played in the centre of the attacking 3.
Pukki – The same as always. Shy, half-hearted some occasional moments that come to nothing. Needs to come out of his shell or will be shipped out.

Bit harsh to judge fringe players on the performance today.
How many times have they managed a run of games together to strike up an understanding?
Drip-feed changes in order to pull them into the equation.
Putting them all out today put them all in danger of getting pilloried for a bad performance.
Not always the players’ fault. I hope Ronny gets away with it.
PS-I agree with his reasons for doing so.
Are we deliberately sitting off today rather than pressing or is it the players on the park won’t do it.

Thanks for responding. It is horrible, to be in a place that you think they are all better with out you is beyond comprehension. Unless you’ve been there, I have been close in the past, and I think there are probably loads of guys like me who have, but don’t admit it. He has everything going for him, it seemed a perfect life, but couldn’t see it. Funny thing (well funny isnt the word) is that when I think back and look at the photos latterly he was in the background and observing, being chilled I thought.
But thanks again it is good to talk / type about it, and that’s something us blokes in this neck of the woods just don’t do….
