    Well done Celtic. A stuttering performance on a poor excuse for a playing surface in Artic conditions, however, it’s another 3 points towards the title.

    I’ve been meaning to apologise about not coming back that day to explain about my reasons for getting the 3 sevco suporters put out of Viccie Park….Lynch made a comment without asking why I’d done it….but you stood up for me anyway. I was questioning myself anyway.

     

    Well, they’d been identified when they cheered the the Sevco goal. They were turning round and when one of them caught my my eye, he nudged his mates and gave a backward thumb jerk ” look at that c..” sort of style. I saw red……getting intimidated on my own turf is the way I saw it. The County support is kinda HIelan…just put up with it. I didn’t get much support…except later congratulations for standing up to them. I feel I did the right thing……albeit fueled by hangover drink.

     

    Anyway, again, thanks for your support!

    And another thing, Celtic and every other team in the league has played at Viccie Park since 2012…….and the first time we’ve had any trouble at all. They were in all 3 sides of the ground…with the same complaints from County fans.

     

    OK, I know I don’t like them or what they represent rather……..but the facts speak for themselves.

    Alasdair- that’s exactly why we don’t like them. We all project our bias on things but a stark look at the facts with the Sevco mob and the Oldco before them is the very real reason for the bias.

    Seperately, the crowd was announced as 10,900 tonight. 8,000 of them were there to watch Celtic.

    Maybe I should expand that…a wife brought up from a highland family who in the 50′ s thought that moving to Glasgow thought they had to support the “protestant” football team.

     

    On getting to know each other she took offence when I suggested that fact that she, her brothers, cousins and aunties supported Rangers….there might have been a bit of brainwashing going on….but we got over it. She still has the brainwashing ….. but she’s lost the…….what? I’ m no sure.

    I was in the main stand tonight, behaving myself among the Killie brethern, even when we scored, and a ‘mature’ Killie fan behind me actually stated your figures about the attendance, ie “They’re nearly all Celtic fans!”

    Lee Clark is doing no a bad job, but BR has being doing some job, I have never been a lover of the skol/league cup and a few seasons there were more important games under Neil we got knocked out by Morton when some Australian guy was playing, you see Celtic far more than many others so I know am delighted and can only see better times ahead….. it might get to the stage we get fed up and prefer just being Celtic fans without having to win all the time :-)

     

     

    By the way the Morton reference in league cup I think we played Barca or done other CL team….. Barca this week again, I grew up being a Celtic fan, maybe now I can appreciate winning, although I didn’t mind it when we didn’t win :-)
