    Next Sunday is a wee day out, it’s the Skol Cup or whatever it’s called now, as for trebles leave that to others, win the league and do as well as possible year on year out in Europe, by the way am off next Monday because I want Celtic to win but if we don’t we don’t

     

     

    No entitlement to win anything BUT 3rd place in the CL and who knows what could happen….

    No,they are not remotely relevant.

     

    Four years ago was a fluke of the highest order.

     

    We are playing in a League slightly higher than the League of Ireland..

     

    Nothing to do with development.

     

    We cant compete with teams above our financial scenario.

     

    Hammered at youth level too in Europe.

     

    So let’s get it right next Sunday.

     

    Never mind Wednesday. In fact,the game on Wednesday is a nuisance

    If all goes to plan and the resolution ensures justice is done, then the requisitioners should be given the freedom of Celtic Park. Within touching distance now.

     

     

    Still can’t get rid of the feeling that Celtic would rather all this just went away though. Why that would be I wouldn’t like to think.

    We’ll agree to disagree. I always want Celtic to aspire to be the best they can. We are, by some distance, the best in Scotland, therefore we need to measure ourselves against better opposition outside Scotland.

     

     

    We can (and have) compete(d) with teams “above” us and our development should be designed to do that.

     

     

    50 years ago we were competing against teams outside our “financial scenario” and look where that took us!
