Poor in all that we have been defensively we could be in the lead if we took our chances. Midfield need to do a lot more. Taylor and JJ being asked to do too much. Hopefully Calmac’s injury is not too serious.
A lot of CQN couches being called into play in that first half . RBL lokk dangerous on the break with a bit of a cutting edge . We look quite dangerous on the break but without a cutting edge . Need to find one second half if we want anything from this game . Agree that our big players need to show more also .
JJ has came onto a game — CL is a good place to sell yourself.
MO’R looks lost at times — lack of energy and engagement is really poor.
RH has it — just a case that he can play the tough stuff and fails with the easier stuff.
MF needs a revamp.
Personnel are wrong / shape is wrong.
Any opposition with any class just play MO’R out the game.
Lots of running off the ball, but mid field constantly turning back. We are porous when they break.

I preface my comments by saying I bounced my headphones off the floor when they scored and launched a semi English language rant about schoolboy defending…again! That said, we were always going to be soft at the back, with a calmer head and now two and a half games into this league it’s the forward line that is letting us down. At this level we are half a yard, half a second and half a thought too slow. Real quality, Champions league quality in the final third and final ball is what’s killing us.
