    What a great fighting spirit our bhoys have and despite

     

    being hacked and clugged by a team of brutes they still

     

    had the will to fight for the winner right to the end.

     

    Now for the magical 67 at Celtic park, can’t wait.

    Delighted for Scott Sinclair.

     

     

    He was pilloried from the moment he took off his trackie to come as a sub.

     

     

    Fans of all ages up and down the stand across from the main stand were on their feet hurling abuse.

     

     

    Booed every time he touched the ball, but not strangely as he strode up to take the pen.

     

     

    It seemed to me from my perch that Motherwell players didn’t shake his hand at the end either.

     

    (Maybe they did and I missed it – anyone else see anything?)

     

     

    Scott walked right up & asked Griff for the ball at the penalty.

     

    He knew what he wanted to do – mission accomplished.

     

     

    Lasley & Robinson have put together a team of bruisers & have them playing like thugs.

     

     

    If Collum had started issuing cards when he should have, then Motherwell would have had players on red again.

     

     

    Simunovic, Brown, Lustig, McGregor, Forrest all kicked up in the air.

    I had the unfortunate displeasure to witness Dallas – He was @ the rancid Full on MASONIC, haters of Yeshua worst. Delighted we kept our unbeaten run going. He let a really bad challenge go on Ryan then sent him off later.

     

     

    The cabals are all over any sport that involves Money.

    They are dirty B’s and were aided by a lenient ref.

     

    So many of their fouls were with intent to hurt rather than a robust approach.

     

    Moult on Brown and Tanner on Simo were assaults

     

    I think we have to rethink our approach a little as we are becoming to predictable.

     

    The patient build up allowed them time to pack the last third and deny us space.

     

    JF was reduced to a spectator as they packed that area and the odd time he had the ball the only option was a backwards pass.

     

    Did Griff get booked for backchat as time wasting was farcial?

    Bonner and co must have been watching the game from a blimp. Several times he said that they couldn’t really see incidents from up here. He said the same with the penalty but managed to add, ” …but looked another soft one to me.”

    I have never been so uncomfortable as in that second half.was expecting them to score.Thought we made too many wrong decisions throughout the game.Great resilience by the boys to get the draw.What a shower of cloggers they have.

     

    With Celtic TV being down,I watched the 1st half of the Hun game.Deary me,Aberdeen were woeful.Terrible tactics.In saying that,that was the worst 1st half of refereeing I have seen in a long time.Shocking.Anyway,the best result they have had in ages,and it puts us further ahead.

    Listened to game on Shortbread. Willie Miller is an excellent commentator and absolutely fair. Pat Bonner is very poor and seems frightened to say anything remotely positive about Celtic.

     

    I well remember cursing Miller for refereeing games v us. No doubt that he reads the game very well. He said before the start of the games tonight, during a chat about Sevco , that there were “many unmentionables at Ibrox just now..” Very droll, I thought.

    Switched everything off for the last 8 minutes couldn’t get a stream, inconsistent blog was doing my napper in, so I went to get my washing out of the machine. Consoling myself about the run ending as I was hanging the washing then the IPad pinged – Celtic Newsnow FT 1-1. What a horrible evening – stuck in this room and no Game and very little info.

    When Rogic’s shot hit the post and bounced back into keeper’s arms and when same keeper pulls off double save from McGregor, you think its the end of a saga but in the excitement of trying to get the loose ball away Collum was given a decision to make.

     

     

    Maybe he was fed up seeing Well take turns to foul us, what the hell do we care.

     

     

    I hope McInnes gets the Ranger’s job, his team bottle it at Ibrox every time.

    You are right my friend, no basis whatsoever – and every impartial person knows that.

     

     

    I couldn’t see clearly on real time or replay, which means the pundits with headaches couldn’t see clealry either.

     

     

    Willie Collum gave us nothing all night. He favoured the thugs who were kicking Celtic players all night & looked like his mission was to make sure that both teams finished with 11 players.

     

     

    On that basis alone, I do not believe it was “for nothing” or “soft” or anything else.

     

     

    Lastly, I thought the illegal feed fracas would become the new “dive for a penalty” thread.

     

     

    Then we got another penalty .

    Mc greggor got bumped going nowhere. Defender should just have left him. There was contact but same as Sunday not a lot. Stupid decision by their defender.

    So glad we kept our unbeaten record. Would’ve hated to lose it to a team of thugs.

     

     

    Watched the Sevco game. Dearie me, Andrew Dallas may as well have been wearing royal blue with red and black socks. As bad a ref as his dad and sneaky as him too.

     

     

    Aberdeen however were shocking. I really don’t get the hype about McInnes, his teams really bottle it on a consistent basis.

     

     

    No doubt all will be well at the AGM tomorrow. Morons.

    Bonner was one of the poorest keepers I ever saw in a Celtic jersey and I’ve been going since the mid fifties.

    Like most didn’t see too much of the game, from what I did see, we done good, they kicked the ef out of us with total impunity, Collum, had he done his job properly would have booked a few of them in the first ten mins, but he didn’t so they had carte blanch.

     

    It’s all very well saying we have better players, agreed we do, but imo they are only better if they are allowed to play, when they are getting the crap kicked out of them, it’s no that easy to play and win.

    Marspapa, Thanks for the concern but I’m OK.

     

    One of the most frustrating nights I can remember but the late penalty has salvaged everything.

     

    I’m delighted for Sincy.

     

    Has been a very crazy night for me, had to head out to a Removal pre game

     

    Met a Buddy coming out of Funeral Home & popped into pub next door and had a couple of whiskeys, drove home a back road ‘just in case’ & drove right into a Garda Road Block, blue flashing lights the lot.

     

    Lucky they weren’t on Breathalyzer duty so I got through.

     

    Then home to a Blank Screen & a most frustrating night I can remember.

     

    But I’m still standing and so are Glasgow Celtic.
