  1. Thoroughly deserved our equaliser. Stonewall penalty. Unlucky not to win, all over them. No doubt they’ll be moaning again since they were ahead and then we got a penalty with a few minutes left to play. Hell mend thum.

  2. WTF?!!!

    WTF is happening??!!

    My heart…

  3. Thanks to all for the updates, badly needed when I lost my stream and thanks to all the bhoys tonight for keeping the run going when all seemed lost.

Special thanks to the beautiful, magical, wonderful Scotty Sinclair, that could not have been easy.

  4. FB

I have met Pat Bonner, I thought he was a perfect gentleman with an obvious love of Celtic. Fud???? Why did you say that? Shocking comment.

  5. thomthethim for Oscar OK on

Glad to get out of that bear pit with a point.

The game was like the TV pictures, disjointed and scrappy.

An OG and a penalty just about summed up the creative side of the game.

Still we stood up and battled and poetic justice that the much abused Scott Sinclair earned the point.

    66 and counting.

  6. Well done the BHOYS and God Bless Brendan Rodgers on this night which is a throwback to the early Sixtys when we were all scratching around for match updates from crap radios with no TVs …

Bonner said it was a soft penalty.

Thats nothing, wait till Ernie starts.

  8. Delicious irony with Scott Sinclair’s introduction as a sub and sheer class to tuck away his penalty

Torturous night for armchair Celts trying to follow the game, thanks to the BBC

    and SKY of Sevconia

But and excellent night for Celtic despite the missed chances taking one point more than your closest rivals is always the big picture.

MacGregor Forrest Armstrong Rogic all very subdued, and maybe to be expected after the draining game a few days ago.

Never a good thing to play the same side three times on the trot but the Cup is in the bag and the draw gives Celtic an edge to bury Motherwell at Celtic Park.

Looking to going to the game on Saturday now and the thrashing at Parkhead.

    MOM Scott Sinclair.

  9. WELL DONE CELTIC !!!

“JOBO THE JINX” Has a certain ring to it ……glad i’ll never have to use it :))

Well dine Sinky and the lads .

  10. This team’s got guts and this team is filled with winners and this team doesn’t know when it’s beaten, well played tonight Celtic against a shitey team who now all suddenly think they’re hard men, Motherwell will get tanked at the weekend.

    We Are Celtic

  11. Well that was interesting…

    What a cufuffle!?

Think the message is we shouldn’t be doing First Team Updates without our blog Xaptain GG.

    O.G. Was missed an’ all.

But good recovery at the end, getting the penalty call before the BBC and First with the SS Goal.

So we’ll done CQN, we got there in the end;)

Oh! And 1-1 @Firpark and 66 in-a-row, well done Brendan and the bhoys…

    Hail Hail

  12. Scotland’s racist media will never stop until we are beaten. This run is an embarrsment to Hunnism

  13. I now understand what MCInness meant when he said “ I have unfinished business at Aberdeen “ he is more of an asset for Rangers if he stays with the Dons …. they’re guaranteed 6points a year from him ….

  14. Some ridiculous comments on the radio once again. “Not a penalty because he was going away from goal” Now I haven’t seen it but that is not a basis on which to deny a penalty. On a separate issue re Pat Bonnar, I’ve been in the company of a fair few Celtic players on many occasions and I found him pretty ignorant. The Other end of the spectrum Billy McNeil is an absolute gentleman of the highest order.

    @@@@

Lol, maybe finally shut him up about Sunday now.

  16. Not sure what was more frustrating tonight, the play or trying to watch it.

Elated that we got the draw, couldn’t care less if the penalty was soft or not. We have been on the receiving end of many many dodgy penalty decisions against us.

  17. Glad that is over. I had a bad feeling about this game all day. But it ended well for us if not for the BBC. Just would want to be careful about dropping points so easily through draws. Also agree with some comments on here that we do tend to play too many balls at the back without moving out quickly.
