It’s a young Neil Lennon, of course, sporting a blond look shortly after his £6million arrival from Leicester City in December 2000.

Jeremie Frimpong, a bargain £1million recruit from Manchester City in 2019, is the action man in this image. The Dutchman’s stay at Parkhead was all too brief before his £11.8million move to Bayer Leverkusen in January 2021.

It’s Dedryck Boyata and Jack Hendry. Boyata left Celtic for Hertha Berlin in May 2019 and Hendry, bought by Brendan Rodgers from Dundee for £1.2million, is now in Saudi Arabia.

Filip Benkovic is the Celtic defender in action against Aberdeen striker Stevie May. The Croatian centre-back arrived on a season-long loan deal from Leicester City in August 2018 and returned after a year. He is now at Turkish club Trabzonspor on loan from Udinese.

Jeremy Toljan had a short-lived stay at Celtic after arriving on loan from Borussia Dortmund in January 2019. He left at the end of the season after Mikael Lustig reclaimed his No.2 spot.
PIC F: Saidy Janko cost a cost-price £200,000 when he was signed by Ronny Deila from Manchester United, then managed by Davie Moyes, in July 2015. The Swiss international never established himself in the Celtic defence and Brendan Rodgers allowed him to leave for Saint-Etienne in the summer of 2017.
