A Jambo taxi driver asked me today about being a Celtic supporter “Do you not get bored?” My answer was “Naw. I bet you wished you were as bored as me !”
We are playing quality football, entertaining football, winning football – it doesn’t get much better.
The players are loving it, the management are loving it and the fans are loving it. Hope I’m as bored as this for years to come!
PS If we only signed one player, I hope we sign Paddy Roberts – he will become a truly great player.

Totally dominated the first half. Celts on easy street.
Ref Watch: gave us a stonewall penalty but let a couple of fouls on us go. Should’ve been bookings for both the professional foul on Rogic as we broke and the pull back on Calum’s jersey. These were easy yellows to give.
Andy Wa*ker watch: a routine negative first half performance from the co commentator was disrupted by an outbreak of positivity about Celtic. It alarmist as if someone had a word in his ear. Looking forward to his second half when he can remind us how rubbish we used to be and which of our current team won’t be here next season.
Calum is growing into the jersey.
Paddy has his on loan but it’s a good fit.
Should we not give Thistle a wee shot of the ball?

Celtic very comfortable in the late evening sunshine totally dominant over there opponents in a very one sided first half, hopefully we can score more goals in the 2nd half to give the fans a thrill in firhill :)
I fear we are watching why we won’t have Roberts next year.
He is a natural number ten in the Silva mould.
Pep will be a lucky man having two of that kind of player on his stiff.
The touch, control and movement of our four wee men up front is a joy to watch.

Celtic are a VERY different proposition. Thistle will not be run ragged by Aberdeen in anything like the way they have been by us. Celtic have been fantastic so far tonight.
Rightful praise for Paddy but the Griff has also been outstanding even among a set of excellent performances.
If it were 0-0, I would still be enthralled by this display.
James Forrest is also worthy of a special mention.

Leigh Griffiths. I think for maybe the first time ever he feels like he’s part of a team. I believe he no longer thinks he has to carry the weight by himself. As good as his goals and passing game are, and they’re good, his tracking back has been superb! Just one more bit The Manager has brought out in a player.
