  1. The Rangers launch an enquiry about Morelos being hit with coin.

Spokesman on behalf of Dave King was furious about such a waste of money as coin could not be found.

Suggestions Morelos headed it well wide of the post.

  2. Brilliant result.

Reading through comments on here previously about people going to the game today being mugs, pawns of the Board etc.

Well guilty as charged, but if anyone can get as much enjoyment, and satisfaction, by other means, for £49 let me know. :)

PS Never a red ,yellow possible.

That is a great idea. I would love to meet up with you, Franny and Mick before a home match.

However, we will need to arrange that in advance as I can be struck with a bad dose of singleparentitis at the last minute sometimes unless I prepare ahead.

Whilst I am on, I see you mentoned that you were going to San Pedro in the near future.

Here is one of my favourite Spanish singers with a track aptly called San Pedro.

His name is Carlos Goni and his band is called Revolver.

BTW I can speak virtually no spanish but I like his voice and the mix of Spanish/Irish music.

  5. I see McGeough is being touted for a call up to the Scotland squad. Said it before on here: I’d rather have him than McGinn. He’s a more intelligent footballer, imo.

    Just want to say thanks.

Thanks to Celtic and yourselves boys for a massive cheer up today!

Nothing bad…just a succesion of dreary events…flu for wife and myself. Ross County’s result in Kilmarnock yesterday. Sevco on the “up”…..

Was doing the mother’s day stuff….flowers, chocolates, cards, pretending they’re from the kids!…..with wife ill in bed..So she’d have a nice easy day…

For some reason thought your game was 2:30PM.

Switched the phone internet on ….about 20 mins to go in the game.

    FFs….the huns will take this…

5 mins later…..jumping round the kitchen.

Earlier in Tescos in Dingwall I’d met an old friend….who said he wasn’t able to watch the game because his heart literrally couldn’t take it. (He’s waiting on one of these reset ops.)

Well, the next ten minutes……I was hoping he wasn’t watching…

    And the whistle…

    Effin ecstacy. …. !

Typing this on the couch…ill wife watching crufts….me the nurse sneaking brandy…

Highlight – wee Griff and the flag pic on the BBC Websitr.

  9. The Hun scoring so early and getting so excited.

The Bhoys – 10 Men – saw it through.

Scott Bain looked like an actual fitba player wearing the goalie shirt. Great debut.

Unbelievable pressure on him but he handled it so very well.

  10. Read the paper in my in laws after the game,

Steve Evan s who i thought was a Tim says there aint

a better player in the EPL in his position than Tavernier,

jeezo where do you start with that

  11. Brogan Rogan Trevino and Hogan on

I see lots of comments about the refereeing and the sending off.

I think big Jozo gave the sleekit linesman an opportunity that he was never going to be slow to take.

When I sit in the North stand at Celtic Park, I often complain like hell when a linesman is slow to raise a flag or give a foul. More often than not I see a flag waiver hesitate, look at the ref and once he has gauged the the referees interpretation he raises his flag and signals uniformity whether it is right or wrong.

    But not today, oh no.

All of us could see numerous instances where Celtic players were fouled, pulled, pushed and hacked today and as usual the men on the sidelines saw nothing and did nothing leaving matters to useless Willie in the middle. The linesmen didn’t intervene.

But when big Jozo made his faux pas it was a completely different story.

Never have I seen a linesman more determined to ref the game, make the decision, make the award, determine the outcome and ensure that his colleague in the middle was absolutely sidelined and left with no option but to send the player off no matter how, or even if, he saw it.

Ross knew exactly what he was doing and what effect his flag waiving and shouting would have.

Now, I have never seen that from a Scottish official before.

I have seen ones where linesmen go blind and fail to see a handball: I have seen it where the linesman makes a decision and then changes his mind and influences the referee after consultation, but I have never seen the automatic and immeduate gusto shown by Mr Ross today.

And so I pose a question:

If the referee and linesmen, and where necessary the goal line assistants, are all linked up by microphone, are there recordings of the communications betweeen them, and should clubs have access to those recordings post match for the purposes of transparency, clarity and fair play?

This is to support my daughter Laura, who in turn is supporting a Charity “Let Us Shine” a girls school in the middle of Ghana.

This school is sponsored by St Mary’s Bannockburn ( where Laura teaches) St Margaret’s Cowie & Our Lady’s Raploch ( giving the school it’s new name ) plus our local churches.

Laura will Fly to Ghana, travel 10hrs on a bus, then a further 2 hours to get to this school, and be only the 2nd fully qualified teacher to teach the girls, some of whom travel 4 hrs walk to get to the school for both education and a feed.

Laura ( & St Mary’s ) have arranged a race night on 23rd March at 7.30 – tickets £5, and would grateful if any CQN’rs could join CRC and I at this

Alternatively win one of the above prizes through sponsoring a jockey in one of the races for £5.

    Contact – laurahmccabe@icloud.com

Laura is looking to raise £3000 to help sustain this school, and has booked 2*30kg cases to travel and hopefully fill with essential items for the girls – this includes Celtic strips :-))

So if you have a spare £5 take a 1 in 8 chance to own a print – donated by the walk with Shay team

Thanks for listening, and to those who have already responde

So it’s laurahmccabe@icloud.com, and only £5 for a chance to win

    Good luck

Thought the team performance was amazing today and 3 great goals

    Big Tom’s goal amazing

Broony’s pass and Moussa’s composure to finish

Moussa’s pass and Odsonne’s composure to finish.

Calmac and Ntcham’s play at times sublime

Broony’s work rate and killing off any zombie impact in last 20 mins.

Despite the ref and linesman, they just couldn’t fix it. This needs to be once and for all to be challenged by the board.

Just remembered the last part of the song :-)

…..Brendan Rodgers is here for 10 in a row, 10 in a row

  16. Al MacLean: Glad you enjoyed the day as much as I did. Also appreciate your contribution to the bhlog (especially as I have a keen interest in Gaelic and Highland Scotland).

  17. Brogan….

I have said many times that anyone with a little bit of tech knowledge could easily hack into the officials equipment and record it for whatever purpose they need it.

    ———

Come on it’s the FTSFA…. If that was Alves or Cardoso, Ross would never have called red. I think Brendan missed an opportunity to call out the referring having won the game. He couldn’t have been accused of sour grapes. When Follow Follow has a thread praising the referee that tells you all you need to know.

  20. Hi Bhoys

Is that rosary beads big Rod has round his neck in that clip.

If it is TET you missed a good marketing opportunity there.
