    Forster or Brown

Forster totally saved us 3 or 4 times and handled all sorts of difficult pass backs and hanging in the air balls without incident.

Brown harried, ran, closed down and got the ball forward more than any other midfielder (till Commons came on). I watched him closely and he very seldom gave the ball away …despite looking like he was about to give the ball away whenever he had it!!!!!!!

Minus 15 to plus 5….amazing 12 game winning sequence! Well done to all involved.

  3. Great result 2-0 – even though we scored late on.

Will be a nice little annoyance when word filters through to thems when they are in the middle of their warm-up.

  4. 2-0 FT, 5 points and 3 goals better off than the hun.

Well done Lenny and the bhoys , a hard fought win.

That game had shades of the Nakamura free kick game.

Boruc kept us in the game that day and Forster has now grown into a fine keeper. Well done big man. I was completely wrong about you. You have real quality.

  7. Masterstroke by Lenny to bring on Commons and Stokes :-)

Can a goalkeeper be described as a matchwinner? Fraser dealt with their shots like a blindfolded zen master against a vicious onslaught of ninjastars.

    Yogi Forster csc.

  8. not a good performance but the subs made all the difference, commons must start next game .3 points at the end of the day HH

Kojo I agree re Commons, we need to find a place for him in the starting 11, him and Stokes made a difference, the substitutions changed the game so well done to Lenny for making the changes in time.

I’d make FF our man of the match for keeping us in the game.

Oh well switched over to norwich game

Mon Paul. 6 mins to go 0 0

  11. Big Fraser MOM bhoys, hard game but that’s what winning championships is all about.

I just wish Paddy Mc got at least 20 mins lol.

  12. Commons made a HUGE difference when he came on. Not just at the top end of the pitch but also tracking back to dig in at the back.

I hope I don’t jinx him when I say that he looks like starting the 2nd half of this season like he started the 2nd half of last season. If he get’s even close to last year’s perfomance then the title is in the bag!

Commond MUST start when fit – simple as that!

  13. 12 in a row, difficult conditions and difficult place to go. No complaints from me.

  15. Difficult three points, difficult game to watch but the type of win that wins titles.

Very, very happy with that result.

Superb effort from the Bhoys today in tough conditions. Really solid 3 points against a side that has taken 4 points off them in their last two games. Fraser Forster was MOM today. Several good saves and just looked confident all day. What a strike from Broonie. A double take of his goal against them and a reminder for everyone that ‘the Broonie’ lives on. Fantastic to see Commons back out there. He made the difference when he came on. Well done Lenny for leaving Forrest on when he really should have been hooked based on his contribution up to his goal. 12 in a row and the Bhoys go 5 clear. Hail Hail

  18. 5 points clear of the Poundlanders

League cup semi final against Falkirk coming up
