  1. Kinglubo I was just reading back. I don’t know what to say except I refuse to give in to those who try and bully. Sometimes I react as badly and let myself down. I like to think the older I get the better I get but I don’t really know if that’s true or not.

I think cqn is just about dead now in any case. Like you I have posted from the start but there is a stench of corruption now here.

I haven’t stopped posting here yet but I will soon.

Human blind loyalty is an amazing thing. Sometimes it’s well placed but most of the time we blind ourselves to reality. It’s a coping mechanism. It’s what we do.

So my friend perhaps it’s time to move to new pastures and let Paul and his ilk have their own little echo chamber.

  2. It is very interesting to hear Scott Brown saying he wished he’d played under Brendan when he was 28.

We really do have a Top Class Manager and we need to make sure he gets what he wants within obvious reason.

Anyway, Broonie mauled this classic by running it too fast.

  3. NegAnon2,

You make very valid points every time you post, you are a stellar poster IMO, I am not so keen on you attacking Paul67 so harshly. You may be right but equally you could be wrong.

Very kind words, thank you. She is off studying medicine at Dundee, hoping one day to be either a children’s doctor or a surgeon, despite her maths genius :-)

    Hope you are well?

If so, you can register and listen to the first 12 minutes of tonight’s Money Box episode on Radio 4.

The gist is that a lot of agency workers who allowed themselves to be paid by offshore trusts, in the form of loans , could be in trouble. HMRC are saying that they will chase up the Company who operated the scheme, in the first instance but, where the company no longer exists, a la Sevco, they will chase up the individuals who benefited from the scheme. They have even passed legislation last year to chase up anyone who benefitted from 1999 onwards.

  6. SFTB,

Thanks for the gist of it. The biggest crook is Sir, can you believe that, Sir David Murray. No laughing at the back.

The Speculative Society is darker than most I’d hazard a guess.

  7. Crc. Then she is making the right choices my friend.

I am fine. Not enjoying my work. I just need to find my courage to make a change. It’s proving difficult.

That said daughter no 1 is entering third year at uni in her quest to teach (which is what she was born to do) and daughter no 2 wants to do something in medicine. Both will contribute more to people than I have. What’s not to like?

Petec I don’t like criticising Paul but my god it needs to be done. I think Paul needs to think about the path he is on. But that’s up to him.

    Neg, thanks

You can join LMS11. I do need a helper as Jobo has retired :-)

Delighted for your kids. Hope you also make the right choice, never easy at times.

  9. Evening Al,

I was asked to source 2 tickets forHibs game 20th Oct for his son’s birthday by a football associate of mine. I now have been informed that he may have sourced from someone else. The tickets are for the Lisobon Lions Lower stg£65. It may suit an Irish supporter for delivery, if interested, please let me know. As I am going to the Leizip on 25th October I won’t be travelling to Scotland for Hibs game.

It was extremely interesting that Brendan went for it…..regarding officials.

    The upstart is in Town.

Celtic News, Not lazy to journalism

So last blog was Friday for a match, and no review until Monday ???

Wonder f well talk about how we played ???

  12. G-thang,

I know you have a very low opinion of Stevie Gerrard. I’d say he knows fitba and nothing else. He is being poisoned for sure… its up to Every team to now call out the new Unbelievable cheating going on.

He is likely fake with his comments but we have to take him seriously.

The Hun knows having less Celts at that midden gives them more of a chance. They will give up 6 points at Celtic Park trying to get 1.

We need to get our sh!t Together.

  13. St Stivs.

Glad you’re on the road to recovery. One of my best mates ticked every lifestyle box that resulted in exactly what happened to you. Another pal was the polar opposite. Fit as a fiddle, then bang.

Both took a good while for full recovery.

Take it easy & take care. HH

  14. “Inter played right into our hands; it’s so sad to see such gifted players shackled by a system that restricts their freedom to think and act. Our fans would never accept that sort of sterile approach. Our objective is always to try to win with style.”
