We need a bunnet passed round at HT to get some nuts for the server gerbils who have obviously tired in the heat and excitement of the Open Golf from St Andrews.

That was a filthy kick to Biton’s Achilles. Nasty. Should have been a yellow.
They will hopefully tire in the 2nd half. And hopefully we will stop trying to walk the ball into the net.
Comfortable half, other than the goal. Sloppy and can’t do that against better teams.
Slick passing and good movement. GMS showing he deserves his place.
Second half – no dramas. Just see the game out. No silly bookings. Hopefully a Ciftci goal.
Went with 3-1 and will stick with that!

We’re safely through but I continue to worry at how exposed we can be playing this system.
Ronny has to learn to adapt, particularly against European opposition.

If Scepovic now ‘out of the picture’, I trust there are moves to bring someone in – Samaras is a known quantity, and although not the most reliable, week in, week out, he will definitely contribute more than Pukki, Balde and Scepovic combined.
Will politics play a part in denying him a return? Who knows

HT StJarnan 1-1 Celtic
Overall very pleased with the first half except the loss of a goal from their only chance of the half. We need to tighten up in defense in Europe, we lose too many soft goals. That was the only blip in an otherwise very solid performance. Lustig and GMS are combining well down the right. Ciftci is looking a bit out of sorts in the middle though when the balls come into the box. Hopefully just a learning spell for him as he gets used to his teammates.
Broonie once again playing a captains role. Charlie has sprayed a few delightful passes from left back to right wing.
It was impressive that nothing changed after they scored. The Bhoys stuck to the plan, wore them down and got the goal our play deserved. Now they have to score 3 more so the game is all but done.
Looking forward to the second half. Hopefully we keep up the tempo and they tire

A horrible pitch, opponents playing horrible SPL – park the bus and kick anything that moves- type fitba.
A horrible bit of defending by us at the Stjarnrn goal.
They look as though they’re tiring though ,so I can see us scoring again. Might have to bring on Griff to do it though.
Their pitch is weird, it’s artificial and they haven’t put a drop of water on it. Making for some odd bounces and slow play. We were always likely to score from an aerial set piece.
I must say the quality of the feed from Celtic TV is the best I’ve seen in a long while.
Kudos to the tech team at Celtic Park.
Celtic TV a joke. Official link not working, get it working no audio but good quality picture. Refresh get audio but choppy picture. Turn it off and find dodgy stream, not choppy at all. Why pay for this amateur hour stuff. Last few games the audio is in and out all game. Been a subscriber for years but close to the end of my tether with these guys. Comments section of Celtic TV is very poor reading,,people all over world very upset. They really need to get it together especially with so many other viewing options. Hail Hail

I was watching without any sound and I didnt realise our first goal had been disallowed, had to leave and then when I came back it was one each. Thought I was imagining the goal had been disallowed!

I was as nervous as anyone at 0-1 but the reality is we are dominating game on a rubbish pitch. Some of the criticism is over the top.
p.s. Dundalk still scoreless 22 minutes left. A one nil will put them through. Hope they do it.
Half time and watching LG get his hat trick on replay,. Think it might not be too long into second half before we see the weave. Come on wee man.

Mahe – Celtic TV is working great in Minneapolis. I know they have occasional problems but overall it is a fantastic service. I understand your frustration – I have been there. Nothing worse when you are all geared up to watch the ‘Tic and you can’t get a quality feed.
