ERIK SVIATCHENKO insists Celtic will bounce back from their Barcelona battering.
The Danish defender said: “It’s always a bit embarrassing to lose by seven, but we need to pick ourselves up and look forward.
“I thought that in periods we couldn’t cope with so many runs. We need to look at the video and see whether mistakes have been made.“I don’t want to be lying flat down, I want to pick myself up, put my chest out and say ‘okay, what can we take out of it?’
“Of course, it’s a bit hollow to say that we did anything because we lost by seven.
“I believe that we have the mentality to bounce back. I think the squad is one that can show that and we just need to move forward.“Luckily, we have a lot of games in this tournament to come back.
“Obviously, it will always be a bit quiet after an embarrassing moment like that. There weren’t many words spoken, it was more like a bit of embarrassment.”
