Thus far results haven’t mattered, but if his players walk into the dressing room at halftime tomorrow without being in the lead, you can believe there will be an edge in the team- talk. You and I have probably seen more of these kind of games than Brendan. They are seldom straightforward and while the manager plays with pretty much the hand he inherited, I don’t expect a remarkable change in outcomes.
Assuming results go to plan, we’ll have six Champions League qualifiers in the next seven weeks. That’s a lot of football, hopefully most of it will be played with the benefit of one or two more arrivals.

On the subject of TV coverage, I note that the SPFL are allowing live coverage of League Cup games at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon while other games are being played.
Thought live coverage at 3pm Saturday wasn’t permitted (due to impact on crowds?) or maybe just applies to League matches (why?) or maybe because the Huns are first up against Motherwell ?
Or perhaps the big teams aren’t involved yet :-)
Morning Bhoys well they say there is no fool like an old fool I went to purchase a bike for myself and my grandaughter as I felt some excercise would do me good. When viewing the bike the seller said take it a test run well I have not been on a bike for about 50 years but I decided to have a go and of course the expected happened and I crashed I came down on my face skinning all my nose on the road also one of my knees but of course as I went down I put both hands out to stop the fall so I have injured both hands im off to hospital to have my hands checked to see if anything is broken but I hope to get back in time to see the game.
