You’re making Whyte look silly

1334

When asked if the £33m he claimed to have lodged for the purchase of Rangers, was “Your own money from your own personal wealth?” in today’s Scotland on Sunday (SoS), Craig Whyte told the newspaper, “Yes, that was done as far back as November 2010.”  Perhaps not the most useful information to put into the public domain during divorce proceedings.

I think every single one of you who referred to Craig Whyte as a billionaire, or the cheeky “MBB” (Motherwell born billionaire) owes him an apology.  While Hero Whyte didn’t deny he was a billionaire he told SoS he doesn’t “talk about [his]personal wealth to anybody” and that those of you who make continual references to his considerably wealth are “making [him]look silly”.

Let’s be clear, this man does not need you to make him look silly.  Please desist and apologise.

I might have this wrong, but do utd not receive half the gate after costs?

Just an after thought, the low attendance must be a disappointment to utd as well.

Orcs deduct 20% from the gross receipts to cover costs. SFA makes 5% deduction from gross receipts.

    The rest is split 50/50.

Orcs pay all costs regarding hosting the tie.

If there was 17,800 at the home of the badgers today how many of them were Dundee United fans, on the updates darn sath here Roddy Forsyth in between sobs was saying they brought a large support, they were certainly outsinging the Darnel while watching the Bonfire of the Hunnites.

Truly biblical times we are living through the End of Days for the Darnel

  4. Got back home just after three and was looking around trying to find their game on one of the

mckellar-watts channels not knowing they’d kicked off early.

Spotted the final result on the BBC website. Burst out laughing.

Carlsberg have given up doing days now – they’re doing whole weeks, months and maybe even years.

And super to to note that Ally is finally getting a chance to put his own stamp on the team.

Ally must feel like he’s travelled back to the 1980’s.

They hated him then as well.

  12. our team is taking shape nicely and i beleive we’re good enough to win this league.

our team is young and will only get better with time

hope our scouts are on the look out for the next hooper, mathews, victor, kayal, ledley, stokes, rogne, izzy etc……

at least 1 maybe 2 quality young players should be brought in every year

NL has a big job this summer with regards the out of contract players m. wilson, o’dea, daniel, loovens, thompson, cha, zaluska, polish (loanee), blackman

mccourt, mcginn, jaurez, murphy, radmission, ki are they in or out?

if we dont win the league will NL be making those decisions?

Saw the first half of the game then had to go out – caught the last 10 mins – couldn’t believe they brought on Little – he couldn’t get a game for Port Vale when he was on loan. Brought on as a sub against Swindon and limped off after not so many minutes after colliding with his own player – later said he would like to go back on loan – as a vale fan no thanks – not good enough for the bottom tier in Engerland

If David Moyes was listening to the commentator, or those summerising at Ibrox today must think he has got the buy of the season in Jelovic.

Little do they know they have spent good money on a sqaud player at best, who may come on late in the game, and get a penalty if the Goodison men are having trouble scoring a goal.

    SSN…………………

Rangers won 3-2. Whyte negotiated a deal where they use goals from the next 3 seasons Scottish Cups, this season.

  18. I almost find myself wanting to see Rangers survive, and to bump along at this level every week. As Gore Vidal said, “It’s not enough to succeed, others must fail”.

Blis was it in that dawn, etc…

Stephbhoy. Neil Lennon is doing a great job think about what he took over from Tony Mowbray and compare it with our current squad. Its only my opinion but I dont think many of the players you listed will get a new contract offer from Celtic as we do need to reduce the size of our squad in the case of Ki he will be offered a new contract. If we dont win the League this season it will be a huge shock but even then I would still back Lennie as he is the real deal.H.H.

  20. It just goes to show how much of a laughing stock the BBC is, they get banned by the BBC but they still decide to show their game and help them with cash.

  21. It just goes to show how much of a laughing stock the BBC are, Craig Whyte bans them but the BBC still decide to show their game on tv and help their cause.

Any of you older bhoys remember Sally scoring against us at Celtic park then returning to his own half, turned and made a hand gesture at waist height towards the Celtic team? I was in the jungle and can still remember my anger as if it was yesterday.
