I remember the days (as a kid) when I’d get excited about Scotland-England games. At the time the countries were neck-and-neck in the number of wins each had over the other, we knew we’d punched well above our weight for a century. Since then, the inevitable verdict of demographics has taken its toll.
Now we know we’re a small nation, inconsequential to the football world, and we’ve even starved of developmental resources compared to the riches that ploughs into the English FA from Premier League TV deals each season.
The historical rivalry remains but I don’t feel it anymore and surely English fans care even less. They will have to dig deep to muster anything more than an interest in the three points available tonight, having long since moved onto Argentina and Germany for their rivalry. And Iceland, of course (forgive me).
Great sporting rivalries can endure for generations but that doesn’t mean they’ll last forever. Circumstances can change causing both sides to lose interest and find others to do battle with. None of our 20th century rivalries will survive. If we could bloody the nose of Barcelona for a third time in the 21st century later this month, our hit rate would place the Catalans in the crosshairs. Bring it on.

This whole episode has exposed what a fraud the Scottish game is. How wanton the corruption and cheating is.
The story that has unfolded is that Celtics board has been central and party to ensuring that there would be no questioning of the cheating and indeed in propping up the big lie.
This has always been about money. And racism makes money in Scotland. You are the victims (as am I). But clearly it’s worth us being victims to those who run Celtic.
With res12 we have heard it all. Celtic will act we have been told. But they haven’t. Sorry res12 guys but you have always been played. But still you are reluctant to speak out. Still. Maybe forever?

How bloody naïve do you think we are?
There are four of us working on Res12 with attitudes ranging from paranoia about the Board to lets see if they are trustworthy. A very interesting dynamic that is probably reflective of CQN as a whole.
When someone say “trust me” I tend to offer that gift, but that does not mean I’m being played, quite the reverse if the result proves the one on whom the gift is bestowed is untrustworthy. Who is playing whom then?
There were a few occasions when we could have walked away because the trust was under stress, but that would have left us with no voice, no input, no way to get answers to questions. Answers, which if they are not provided at the AGM or a promise to answer is not given, will tell us how untrustworthy the one asking to be trusted is.
Tomorrow evening after the Wembley hoo ha has died down the Conclusions provided to the signatories of Res12 and the mandates over a week ago will be published on CQN. An Account of Activity on their behalf was also provided and then made public via a link on CQN a few days back for all to read. Here it is again.

Celtic have had copies of those Conclusions as well as the Account of the Activity (activity that took a lot more effort than occasional blog visits on CQN to voice mistrust of the Board, so excuse me if I sound annoyed at your charge of being played) for over a week and it is disappointing that they have not engaged with us or, as far as I know, responded to those signatories who have e mailed them having read the Conclusions and Activity.
There is still time for Celtic to decide on what stance to take: to say nothing or state whether in light of the conclusions provided they stand by their original position that Res12 was unnecessary. So lets give them that time ( with a little prodding before then by those for whom Res12 and its handling by Celtic is an issue).
As I often say “Infinite patience produces immediate results” and Wednesday 16th is really quite immediate.

That is one thing I can take some consolation in that many know the truth whether it is more widely acknowledged or not.
Me and the wee guy were really looking forward to the Scotland game tonight. A few if only moments. I went on Scotland to win just after the kickoff and then again @ HT. 7.5s and 23s. It was Excellent seeing the Celts out there and I think that Brendan and Gordon have been talking about how to just improve things for Celtic first and foremost but also Scotland.
The US Election is a massive thing. It is strange that the 2 candidates were so off putting, nope, it wasn’t really.
I put on a hefty wager the day of the event…. I’d have been crazy to do it any earlier. ;))
I got 9/2 on Trump to Win. If ever there was a Banker outside bet, this was it.
Dr Future really has opened my eyes so much and he just doesn’t go online as much as he should… He had a daily radio show for 7 years… anyway he is blogging, I use that term loosely as he hardly blogs at all because he is writing a series of Books – The Holy War Chronicles, and I cannae wait to read them.
Anyway the guy is a Right Wing Christian (lol he probably wouldn’t like me labelling him like that) and he posted This. Serious food for thought. He holds them to account because he is a fearless and Brave individual. The guy also took the time out to help me when I was really low in my Life.
And just so there is no confusion, Neganon is a good guy from what I have read of his musings on here, that is entirely coincidental.
Noone knows what is going to happen now that is for sure. Make no mistake that Globalism was Really Bad for the little guy.
The Whole World is almost Interconnected now.
We shall see.
