Can you believe these Duff and Phelps people? They can’t afford to pay Rangers taxes, or other SPL clubs monies due, but today they tried to increase their payroll today by asking the SPL to register Daniel Cousin. Can you imagine what the out-of-pocket creditors feel about this?
These people are in place to make sure the company trades long enough to repay creditors. They can trade perfectly well with the three dozen or so players they have, what kind of justification could they possibly give to the court for playing Football Manager with other people’s money? No wonder HM Revenue and Customs fought their appointment.
What an absolute shower. It’s almost as though that place is some kind of lightning rod for a special type of competency. It’s not your money you’re spending, pay the club’s bills and stop looking for football bling, that’s what got the last lot into trouble in the first place!

NegAnon2, no probs, I know the feeling.
sparkleghirl, I have not seen anything to suggest Whyte has resigned as a director. The administrator has a great deal of power to compel a director to work and answer questions. Resignation would lead to a report being written but would avoid some tricky questions.
SFTB, ‘Broadfoot’s room’, ha! You’ve been shared.

Mark Fotheringham is a welt. All the skill in the world and no conception of application. A Billy-big-time among his peers in Dundee and epitomises everything wrong with modern football (at least in Scotland).
No apologies Mark, if you;re reading, but deep down, you know it’s true.
Trying to explain to my wee Bhoy the difference between us and them when our team is in trouble, I showed him the framed share certificate on the wall.

My limited experience of working in England backs you up on that one. They really don’t know anything about the football up here and they’re not interested.
I was surpised to find a few folk who had a bad experince at the buns hand (or witnessed at first hand) and can’t remember meeting ANYONE that had any sympathies with them and that was when they were doing well. Maybe I was just lucky :)
Ask David Osbourne or any major bank about being to big to fail. :) Din’t someone do an article a few years ago saying ASDA at Govan have the same turnover a month as rangers do in a year? That put’s the financial impact of it in perspective.
We don’t need no stinkin’ rangers (in administration) :)
