Hun wank.
Anyway, to more important Tim matters: KevJungle – keep on keeping on, brother.
Told yeez 2-2 at lunchtime today. Also told yeez wanks like firstmentioned would populate the board in the aftermath desperate to envisage their own tragedies as anything more that the truth – shite lower club with limited budget trying to come and play with the big bhoys. Bitter that we continue to thrive against adversity.
But, y’know…
Ronny Deila doesn’t know a substitutuion if it jumpred him wearing sussies and a low-cut corset. Izzy – having a great game, by the way, does what Izzy does and gets a yellow. He did it against Quarabag, then got lucky with a lunge 5 mins later. Hooked? Then? No. Tonight, no. And, bam!
Ronny’s favourite stats – those pesky percentages – dictate that some winger somewhare gets wise, sleekit, and lucky – jings! tonight in Amsterdam! – and off Izzy goes before RD reacts. Some 15-20 minutes after the yellow…
Lustig, playing out his skin, takes a cramp, hooked immediately. Nonsense. Give him 5 to run it off. A panic sub, as attested by his replacement, Efe, later replaced by Janko. Jeez.
Kris Commons – lovely game-defining touches but legs gone after 60. Down to ten, a cert for sub. But no – off goes wee Forrest, the only man we possess with genuine top-class pace and capable of alleviating the pressure by taking the ball for a run/giving them anxiety by his very presence on breaks.
Johansen stays on too. Hopeless, ball-gifting bigheid. Culpable at one of the goals. Unwilling to play for the jersey above himself.
And to top it all good old zonal marking has all the right patches of grass covered when the ball flights in for their second, everything covered except the fecking ball itself; nobody remotely making an attempt to attack and clear, The Cat bewildered by the surrender monkeys in front of him, having to guess the possible flick/touch coming among the crowded box.
When will you learn, Ronny Deila? Ever? Zonal mark all you fecking like but at least appoint ONE man to attack the ball and clear. Such a maxim only required implementing three times in the last three games and we’d be in the CL and top of the league.
Overall, decent performance, good result, f#ck the SMSM, and here’s hoping we take Fenerbache, who’ll come looking for something.

I had to run out almost immediately after the game, so I have had time to reflect.
Why does it feel like two points dropped instead of unexpectedly gaining one?
Celtic have had this capacity to take you on a roller coaster ride, raising hope and expectations and then somehow letting you down.
A point away in Europe is a disappointment.
I’m confusing and confounding myself.
A poor goal lost for their second.
The defence was unsure and hesitant at the free kick and Gordon was unsighted.
Well I hope he was, otherwise it was a bad error.
The central defence will gel better once they get a few games together.
Armstrong’s return will provide better options in midfield.
A run of games for Ciftci is an imperative to take the pressure off Griffiths.
Time to get working on our defensive structure, especially at set pieces, and for Simonuvic to get to know his team mates.
Time to bring Ciftci up to match fitness.
Time to determine whether Allan or Armstrong is the better replacement for Johansen whose form is wanting at the moment.
Time to determine how best to use James Forrest or to twist with GMS.
I’m sure Ronny and his team will be focused on working out the kinks before we face the Turks and will have them all primed to put on a great display at home.
6 points and a cup win will lift confidence and get the fans, all the fans behind the team.

Sorry, bhoys, I wordeed that wrongly – I meant positionally. He ( Efe) was thrown on at Rb then Janko subbed in for Commons to replace him and Efe moved to mid/centre.
A cooler head may have put Janko in as Mick’s straightforward replacement (once it was ascertained Mick couldn’t continue, ergo my ‘give him 5 minutes’ point).
Panic, it seemed.
And btw I believe Efe to be a worthy member of CFC (as I’ve advocated a number of times previously)- but properly played as a defensive/holding midfielder in front of the back four so as to remove last-man culpability from him and let him relish breaking up opposition attacks. I don’t buy into the ‘he’s shoite, it’s his fault’ knee-jerk community, particularly as there are greater and less worthy impostors currently occupying first-choice jerseys.

I agree that Efe should be tried as a holding midfielder for a few games games or part games.
This would free Bitton to be more attack minded and display his undoubted skill in a more threatening forward position.
I’m positive that Ronny can make a couple,of wee tweaks to help us regain form in the next three matches before Fenerbahce come to Celtic Park with their expensive signings.

Never been a Ronny fan. But tonight I was surprised and happy to se ethe formation include JF and KC in advanced roles. A million miles from hids hesitant tactics of recent times. a sign he’s got some balls again and is willing to be brave?
Dunno, but the back 4 should be the first choice anytime, given tho’ that Izzy’s blind spot has cost him, so young Tyler should show what he’s made of now.
On that note- thought big Jozo slotted in like a custom-made lego brick, on a very tricky night under real pressure, and looked every inch the fee we paid. One blot – if only he was freed from the inhibitions of zonal marking and designated to attack the ball with his height advantage we might have won with the ten men and seen Keith Jackson loup over the edge of the Kingston…

Just checked on Fenerbahce’s recent signing spree to the tune of more than 23 million pound.
Nani from Manchester United for 6 million. 5.5 million too much IMHO
Kjaer the Danish defender for 7.7 million from Lille. He better be good at that price.
Tufan a midfielder from Bursaspor for 7 million. He better be a genius at that price.
Van Persie from Manchester United for 6.6 million. He was a great player in his prime but he didn’t look so hot latterly for United. Couldn’t get a game ahead of Fellaini. That says it all for me.
It’s going to be an interesting night in Celtic Park two weeks from now.

Saying that – in recent history, two games that stand out for me were the 3-3 game the day in Killie, also the 2-2 cup tie at deadland.
Both draws, due to circumstances however, was like the victory – and yet, in the long run, they games contributed to victory of league and cup.
