CELTIC’S Mr Perpetual Motion Kyogo Furuhashi is ALREADY preparing for the new Premiership season when it kicks off in the first week of August.

The Hoops’ talismanic striker and team-mate Yuki Kobayashi have been spotted in training with their former J-League club Vissel Kobe.

The Parkhead pair have been ticking over with some light exercises with their ex-colleagues who are in the middle of their league season.

RETURN OF THE HEROES…Yuki Kobayashi and Kyogo Furuhashi back at Vissel Kobe.

Kyogo has already hit the ground running in his career at the champions folloiwng his £4.6million arrival in July 2021. He fired in 20 goals in an injury-interrupted debut campaign and followed up with 34 last time around as he helped the team to a world record eighth treble.

Central defender Kobayashi arrived at the end of his club contract in January and was eased into the first team.

Vissel Kobe took to social media to upload both images and video of the duo with the caption: “Welcome back.”

Inevitably, Kyogo has been linked with a reunion with Ange Postecoglou at Spurs, but the returning Brendan Rodgers has already stated he is an admirer of the 28-year-old Japanese international hitman and has no desire to allow him to leave the champions.
