Dropped the granddaughter off at primary school ….wow , quite a lot of fences down throughout the scheme …..
Some of the damage round the country is devasting , hope all on here were/are safe and sound .

Watched the first episode of ‘Pitch Invasion’ on BBC Scotland last night. A documentary about the proliferation of Scottish & Irish players who dominated English football in the 60s & 70s featuring the likes of Best, Dalglish, Brady etc plus interviews with ex-players, reporters and managers. Very entertaining.
There was also a feature on Lisbon 67 and much to my surprise, Graeme Souness said Celtic’s European Cup triumph, with 11 men born within 30 miles of Glasgow, will never be repeated and is “the greatest achievement in British sporting history”.
Not a chance tv would sanction that programme, I still think only reason HMRC went for the old Huns because they knew of Mr Whytes previous “liquidations” … Mr Bates v the Post Office … I would love too see “Mr Auldheid v the Scottish Establishment”
GERRY, reading back yesterday I had a wee laugh at the above, trying hard to work out who would play AULDHEID? Robert Carlyle might be a wee shout? Brian Cox? Maybe Peter Mullen?
All suggestions greatly appreciated.😊

Yep, all animals safe and sound. Lost the roof off one of the field shelters and electric fencing needs repaired, but could have been a lot worse. The secondary storm due later this week might cause more damage if storm Isha has weakened things. Let’s hope not.

My mum saying she has never felt wind like that in her life.
Wasn’t it strange that the “panel”, used very lightly por cierto, trying to decide what was the tie of the round. An all Premier clash in the draw but, “Livingston will be looking forward to going to Thistle”, “Ayr have an away tie v a big gun, financial rewards etc”, “Aberdeen will have Darvel on their minds when Bonnyrigg visit”, “Hearts at times didn’t look to clever v Spartans so Airdrie will fancy their chances especially at home”, “Celtic the Champions away to St Mirren” that was it!!! Every scenario but, the question was the tie of the round, BBC Scotland eh? por cierto
The pitch wasn’t in good condition yesterday, since wee Eddie one of the groundsmen retired the pitc hasn’t been the same ,I think his son is now the head groundsman ,

Good morning all from a calm at the moment Garngad.
Wow that was a night that.
Stay safe everyone.

A few weeks ago a bunch of Dunfermline supporters brutally attacked a disabled Raith Rovers supporter as he stood at a bus stop after the local derby.
On Saturday a pub brawl between Airdrie and St Johnstone supporters erupted before their Scottish Cup tie.
Yet, if any two of these clubs were to reach a cup final, the media would waste no time in referriing to it as “the family final”.
How times have changed.
