  1. we’re not very good

it’s so easy to set up against us

hopefully the injured players are the exact ones who make us tick

  2. Thanks for the updates everyone ( I think )

Only a matter of time until the board throw Ange under a bus

  3. Another day and the ball goes in off the bar and Celtic escape. But that would only have distracted from a poor poor team out there.

  4. the long wait is over on

Last year we handed the title to a rangers team who played well enough and were consistent.

This year we are handing it to a rangers team who , from what I’ve seen , are very very poor.

Not over yet but Lordy are we going to have to get people back fit soon and go on a hell of a run

Including beating them to give ourselves a chance.

  5. Dexter P. Bampot on

Will today’s point go down as another highlight in next year’s accounts?

Those who run out club are an absolute disgrace.

  6. Nothing to do with Ange.He can only put out the players he has available.Turnbull,Rogic Ajeti, big re

asons we are not winning.Weak in the middle, toothless up front.

    Jota outstanding.

  7. Very poor.

    We’re running out of excuses.

We need the next transfer window, though the fundamentals seem all wrong.

  8. Ange won’t be sacked. Honestly don’t know if we should. We can’t defend and when we come up against an organised team we are bereft of ideas. The board will keep Ange in to shield themselves.

  9. Our final ball lately has been desperate, oh for a Paul McStay, John Collins, Bobby Murdock or Pat Crerand.

  10. Ange is hopeless. That’s very clear. Probably our worst start in 30 years I’d guess. A nice man I’m sure but it’s fairly obvious why he’s never managed in Europe bar the Greek third division.

  11. yep , i feel we will be taking it on the chin a few times this season .

A real worry after that today .

Although we hit the bar 3 times after livi last week that was unacceptable

  12. And McCarthy and Juranovic also injured.

Mibbe Scales and Shaw will get some game time.

Seriously we should play one of our big cb’s at CF on Thursday.

They will at least provide a physical presence.

    Ajeti is a complete dud.

  13. onenightinlisbon on

What could the manager have done differently today?

    Our squad is decimated.

Where are the guys who said the manager has to be given time?

  14. The Blogger Formerly Known As GM on

AHEM, I’m really sorry MATE, preaching a cavalier “if you score 4, we’ll score 5” type of philosophy is all well and good, but your team has to be capable of putting the ball in the net.

  15. It is over. If last season taught me anything it was to admit what’s painfully obvious. We’re utter shyte and Ange hasn’t a scooby doo.

  16. Absolute garbage. Huns will win the league in a canter. We will be lucky to stay in top 6. Hope Desmond is happy – sharing titles is in the company’s interests, you know. Can’t have your main rival financially implode again. That would be bad. They need a leg up.

  17. To talk of sacking the manager is just stupidity. He inherited a total mess and more than half the team are missing with injuries. Whoever scouted Ajeti and Starfelt should be sacked.

And Dundee Utd were good. Even though we hit the bar three times they deserved a point.

  18. Obvious problem today no Centre forward not only did he miss a tap in he hasnt a clue how to play the position he carries no threat whatsoever even with a ball 3 yards from goal ,a dumpling , we also lack physicality in the middle of the park it is incredible how easy we are to play against.

Their keeper should have been sent off for the kick on abada he knew what he was doing alright

Where are the guys who said the manager has to be given time?

    ——

It’s what he’s doing at lennoxtown that’s the worry. We’re crap.

  20. If anyone has ever managed a club at even the most basic level you soon

realise that your tactics are determined by the players at your disposal

not the other way round. Ange has said that he won’t change his style.

Well it will get him the sack. Simple as that.

  21. We’re one point closer to the top than the bottom. We were hoping our home form would see us through while we fine-tune our form away.

The new manager bounce has gone and we’re no better than last season.

I hope I’m wrong but Ange looks like he’s taken on a job bigger than he expected and is struggling to turn the tide.

This isn’t “knee-jerk”. Livingston might’ve been knee-jerk but this is five points dropped in two games – one at home and one against the bottom side.

Unless there’s a huge, almost unprecedented turnaround, I can’t see Ange lasting the season.

No, it’s not all his fault – he has injuries, an incompetent board and the same dud coaches from last season but he knows the score – the buck always stops with the manager.

  22. Keep Ange, buy more, better players……….

    Protect them from cluggers.

Have decent replacements ( see above)

Board, support Ange and Support us, ( see above)

  23. What happened to the scrap of paper with the fast pressing, scintillating forward movement?

    It’s GroundHogBall.

    Not happy bhoys. Night.

  24. don’t get all this once we get the injured players back , if we can’t win at home with this squad that we have then heaven help us , ange needs to wise up or ship out.

  25. Ralston, Montgomery, Rogic, Turnbull & Ajeti all very poor.

    Soro an absolute embarrassment.

Please no more of the “give Soro a run of games” posts. Truly awful.

  26. And Rogic was like a pub league player today. What is it with this guy? He can be brilliant, he can be awful. Midfield reinforcements will be needed in January.

  27. 79CAPS on 26TH SEPTEMBER 2021 4:59 PM

Ange has already said that he identified Starfelt. If he’s as honest and as straight-talking as we think he is, we have to take his word on it.

  28. Still.

Least I’m not a hun on a Celtic fan site getting my jollies.

    We will do better.

  29. ajeti should have been not signed in the first place , didn’t what to be here , went to the beach and had to be coaxed to join , nightmare.

  30. the long wait is over on

Not sure tbh how much you can blame AP.

He’s been handed a poor squad with zero confidence.

Is it really his fault that Ajeti is shocking and Soro worse?

No coach can make them good enough IMO.

    They’re Just really poor footballers.

McStay and Collins are still available

  32. We cant play football games without a striker.

Last 18 months has seen us play with a reluctant quality striker who was going through the motions. Now we have a guy who shouldn’t be anywhere near the first team.

Numerous balls rolling across the goal without a no 9 anywhere near them. Literally dozens of crosses.

  33. Aipple

5 secs before that D U penalty claim Pawlett took a dive

one of many i might add. Fuchs should have been

shown a red card not a yellow
