   Starting I’m March, in conjunction with CEMVO Scotland, , Sevco are hosting a series of open house/meetings with Scotland’s ethnic communities, looking for suggestions as to how they can improve the Ibrox experience for Scotland’s minorities.

    

    

   I shit you not.

    

    

   Getting rid of their songs of hate might be a good place to start. Of course, this would likely means playing in an empty stadium, so not too likely.

    

    

   Since they now have a few kaffliks, how about they open a catholic chapel at Ibrox for players and fans?

    

    

   And restore eggs Benedict to their menu?

    Can build a team.

     

    But can he build a team to win at the highest level on a consistent basis?

     

    Having financial backing to sign proven quality would give a clearer picture but this approach can also effect team building strategy

     

    The Man U job has probably passed him bye with Solskjaer making a strong case for himself.

     

    Real looking more likely but can he build a team with so many unhappy superstars there.

     

    Would he be given the time?

    I know that and was alluding to his ability to build teams without huge financial backing.

     

    When at a club with less expectation he is afforded time which is something he won’t have at Man U or Real Madrid.

     

    And it’s also a huge challenge to build a team with the ego’s of high priced superstars can affect the morale.

     

    Sanchez and Pogba are both examples of player power.
