  1. Tonight’s game was PRECISELY what Neil Lennon was getting at in yesterday’s press conference – the next game is always the most important. And now we can look forward to Sunday. But remember to vote for tonight’s 3 heroes – CQNPOTY@GMAIL.COM

  2. GreeninbingleyinOslo on

    Scott Brown!

He kept the team together when Rodgers left, took the bull by the horns, led by example.

    Just done it again.

    What a captain.

  3. St Tams,

On tonights performance, neither should Ajer,Mc Gregor,Ntcham, but myself,I won’t pick out “Escaped Goats”,I will leave that to the likes of you.Always fekin one wanting to single out someone for a very poor team performance.

  4. Well that was neither big nor clever.

But it was, ultimately, deliriously enjoyable.

Although it was Broony that scored, there were great efforts from Griff and Mikey to keep that move alive and they too deserve credit.

I thought the Dons would try to stifle Sevco but be ultimately unsuccessful. I was wrong there. Still surprised they were able to play the final 40+ minutes without benefit of a Beaton Bonus

    McGregor, you having a laugh.

Bitton is supposed to be playing for his future,. But strolls about as if he is a player , which he will never be .

  6. One thing I will say,is Sundays game will be a wide open affair which will give us a break from playing 11 man defence, these numpties thinking they can play the way they against the usual fodder, will be a Godsend to us.Even Hun faced Boyd told us tonight their two CHs are slower than Blackpool Donkeys on a 14 hour day.

    Pick pace Lenny.

  7. Asupporterwhogotlucky on

FFs there’s always someone here ready to throw players under the bus for a bad performance, 11 months ago quite a few of you said it was time for broony to pack his bags, how did that work out for you lot tonight ?

  8. Just in from the match.

Big Fraser Forster impersonating Usain Bolt, sprinting the full length of the pitch to celebrate the winning goal.

    Priceless.

  9. St Tams,

Yep,pick on a player who has been out for ages, hardly any game time, yet steps in to a position that is not his own,and does his best.

I bet you just loved giving him abuse tonight.Ashamed sometimes

  10. An insipid display with poor finishing. After all the stunning displays before, I can live with that.

Someone is going to receive a real skelping from us. Sunday would be a good day for that,

  11. Canamalar it looks like OCD obsession on

A little bit of luck and we could have went in at half time 3 up, RC got in the road of the ball landing on Morgan’s toe for a tap in then clears a shot from McGregor, the second half could have had more goals then the first had the chances went in, so not sure why so many are saying it was bad, just a tad unlucky imo.

A few had quiet games but that’s why we’ve gig subs.

  12. Boring….boring….boring…The whole evening went exactly as I predicted.

    Hail hail

    Matt (The Millionaire)

  13. I never saw the match tonight only watching updates on a screen.

Not enjoying the negative stuff towards bitton and ncham.

If they played shite tonight fair enough…but no need to boot them out the club FFS

I would give Bitton a new contract every day of the week.

The times he has stepped in and done a remarkable job for us.

More than a plus to the squad.

And as for Ncham…he might be harder to keep but keep him I would.

A lot of short memories after that goal in Rome.

Sorry, sometimes you just talk a load of Oak, this post being an example. Literally everything you’ve said is incorrect.

  15. **League Cup Final Tickets**

Hello all I’m looking for 1, ideally 2 tickets for the game on Sunday for Ms S and myself, very grateful

    for any help with this.

  16. GG @ 10.24pm 👍

Watching McGregor berate Beaton as they leave the pitch, starts 49 seconds in, hunbelievable. A totally different reaction and attitude, as far as I can see, to the one Beaton displayed towards Boyata in Perth against St Johnstone.

A dagger to their dark hearts and their dark money tonight. Run them in to the ground on Sunday Celtic and deliver us the right to sing 10 in a row.

  17. Bitton was sh*** but at least he was trying to some extent, although his mentality was questionable as it was under Ronny Deila. Not sure he has the stomach for a ding dong title fight. Ntcham was poor which is fine but the lack of application was startling, on a number of occasions he allowed players to run off him or past him in the simplest of fashion. His head wasnt in it and I was surprised he lasted as long as he did. We are going for 9 in a row, we cant carry players who don’t fancy it.

  18. in other news…the deranged ones over at fascist fascist have reached 8 pages trying to turn a pie into a banana.

  19. Just to be clear on the game tonight

Celtic created and missed several very good chances, which included hitting the post.

Hamilton for 90+ minutes had 10 men behind the ball as we had it, often their 11 players behind the ball. They lined up with 6 in defence and 2 players sitting right in front of these 6.

Yes we could have done better, and some of players had poor games

    But

You need to get in behind a team and create, we done this on numerous occasions, just didn’t have any luck on several occasions

    Brown

    Christie

    McGregor for me tonight

  20. So, we didn’t play well tonight but created enough chances to win 3 games…and our defence was so pish it only conceded 1 goal…there’s only one fact to take from the game…3 points towards the title ;-))

    H.H.

  21. Back to Basics - Glass Half Full on

    Great night.

    Ignore the hype.

    We are the better team.

Had it not been for an injury time winner at Rugby park, there would be a clear pattern of Sevco struggling away from home against half decent (nothing more) teams who go toe to toe with them (Hearts, Dons, Killie).

Add to that a comprehensive home defeat to a Celtic team low on confidence after the first Cluj tie.

    Roll on Sunday.

    Hail hail and good night.

  22. Our SPFL schedule

Sunday December 15. Hibs at HOME

    Wednesday December 18 Hearts AWAY

Saturday December 21 Aberdeen at HOME

Thursday December 26 St Mirren AWAY

Sunday December 29 Sevco at HOME

    15 points on offer.

I’m a wee bit biased but I can see us easily win all 15 given the quality of our resources.

  23. Canamalar it looks like OCD obsession on

Improved the goal difference again, as long as we keep the better goal difference the title is in the bag 😂 forget the points.

Is that the same as look after the pennies and the pounds will look after themselves.

    Or penny wise pound foolish.

Just glad Lenny knows his way around the cliches
