  1. The movement tonight was good.Definitely going in the right direction.

Had we been a little more incisive in the final third we would have had a few more.

The link up play down the right was excellent.

Still think a little quicker through the central area needed.

Only player i was a little disappointed with was SS as he was to quick to pass up responsibility and pass back when he had space to attack.

    Bain’s excellent distribution is helping.

Simo and Boyata looked good togrther.

Calmac was great as he always is in a team who pass and move.

Brown is getting back to his best and Christie was energetic.

Burke and Weah forced hibs to work for everything..

    Bitton showed well also.

Walker said Steve Clark’s comments on the standard of refereeing from last weekend were ‘ pathetic ‘ . That wee jobby is best ignored

I’ve met a few guys who have been unfortunately in Walker’s company, they all said he’s the tightest prk they have met,so much so,hes known as ‘a dash not a can…’

  3. Walker is consistent with his drivel.

He must really need the job.

Hope that silver doesn’t tear his pockets.

  4. I thought the music was too loud and lasted too long. Part of the experience at the football is engaging with people, being forced to stand there for 10 minutes like a lemon unable to hear yourself think needs to be thought about a little more.

Brothers Malcolm, Angus, and George Young were born in Glasgow, Scotland living at 6 Skerryvore Road in the Cranhill area.[16] The Big Freeze of 1963 was the worst winter on record in Scotland with snow eight feet (2.4 m) deep. A TV advertisement at the same time offered assisted travel for families for a different life in Australia.[17] Fifteen members of the Young family left Scotland by plane in late June 1963. Before moving into a house at 4 Burleigh Street in the suburb of Burwood they initially stayed at Villawood Migrant Hostel (a site later developed as Villawood Immigration Detention Centre) in Nissen huts, where George Young met and became friends with another migrant, Dutchman Harry Vanda.[17]

  6. Moreloss- 4 red cards,15 yellows, and it’s only start of February, he was holding his head after stamping on McKenna, i really hope he’s ok…..

  7. The volume of the music in the pre match light show was absolutely brutal, far far too loud, indeed a H&S hazard. Sort it out please Celtic.

In other news, great performance and result tonight. Would like to have seen Burke on the wing and Weah in the middle to see how, or if, that worked. Sinclair looked out of sorts, and could have been subbed earlier. Brown and McGregor both on top form. Arbroath Emerald CSC Express now just south of Dundee, home in 30mins. A very good night and happy bus. Well done Celtic. HH

  8. The volume and choice of sound during light show were both need reconsidered.

The above is an understatement of how pissed off I was this evening.

  9. thomthethim for Oscar OK on

A good over all performance tonight.

The drive of Christie, the deftness of Mc.Gregor and the brooniness of Brown, kept us in control all night.

Scott , though, could have seen red for his high lunge on the Hibs boy.

Scott Sinclair tried hard all night, but too much broke down at him.

The sharpness to get away from players is not there, meaning he gets caught in possession too often.

Toljan settled into the game well and as the game wore on, he looked as if he had been there all season.

    A good night’s work.

Remember when nacho Novo had one of those faces you wouldn’t tire of punching all night ?

Step forward the new kid in town- Morelos. Has anyone heard this monkey speak ?

  11. Good wee goal scoring comp between Oli and Timo, 3 each since they signed up.

I don’t think Oli will want to leave when the season ends. Could we put together a permanent deal or extend his loan.

Love the way he stretches defences with his pace. The exciting thing for me is I don’t think we’ve seen the best of him yet.

Shows how valuable the loan system can be for us IF the quality is there.

  12. Goooooood morning CQN from a happy Garngad

Next game now becomes the most important. Step up the dull and boring hammer throwers from Perth.

How many Celtic players will get injured in this one, with no protection from referees, it’s open season on thuggery on our players.

Hope Izzy is just badly bruised, I see Ntcham and Eddie should be back for the weekend, and Jamesy maybe for Valencia.

The rest for Lustig might do him some good as well, and he can slot in at various positions across the back, so we could use him sparingly in the run in.

Sevco keeper and Moreloss are 2 of the worst players to have played for an entity out of the bigot dome in my 52 years on this GREEN earth. The keeper, (tax cheat and Banned for life Scotland player) is the worst, a horrible, cheating feckin RAT of a human being.

  13. “Asked if it deserved more than a yellow card, the Northern Irishman said: “I think Craig is a very good referee, he maybe didn’t see it at the time, he was maybe blinded, but it wasn’t a good challenge at all.”

    Disgraceful comment. Coward.

  18. Illuminating comments as usual from our own BSR

    ……………………………………..

Hibernian were left in the dark somewhere on the pitch and it truly is a sight to behold when the spotlight shines on the huddle the atmosphere is amazing, then the football starts under the brightest green and white Celtic have ever looked in our history, opponents must feel like they are already a goal down.

  19. Alan McGregor is the mostest horriblest of the hun fraternity. Outrageous what this odious individual is allowed to get away with.

Morelos who causes ruination of team photographs just brings it on himself. ( Love saying that phrase to any huns )

    HH our journey continues.

  20. if ever the compliance officer should review a challenge then it must be thems goalie last night a career threatening challenge and not for the first time , but i won’t hold my breadth.

  21. We played some lovely football last night but I am left scratching my head as to how we didn’t score more particularly when you consider one of the 2 we got was of a fortuitous nature .

Six clean sheets in a row is a brilliant statistic but we need a natural striker to lead the line.

Don’t know anything about Bayo but there were good reports from training and he is a big lump of a lad.

I’d like to see him start on Sunday and play Ollie on the wing.

Hold Tim O as an impact sub

  22. Just watched Sportscene on Catch up.

Michael Stewart is a rarity in Scotish Media. He tells the truth about incidents involving Huns.

He made it clear that he felt Alan McGregor should have been sent off and Aberdeen awarded a penalty. If others in the Media follow suit, Mcgregor will receive his richly deserved ban. I don`t expect others to follow suit.

  23. 50 shades of green on

Fitba must have been awrite last night, old coggers have turned to slagging the disco lights and the new fangled music. ????

  24. Sevco would not be in second place if referees put in an honest shift……then again SECOND PLACE is fine by me.
