    Only last week, Trader Warbs was complaining about the winter break,games played after the cup final, an Internatiol v England and the involvement of Wallace and Mc.Kay(more chance of Willie Wallace and Dunkey Mc.Kay.ed)

     

    Not to mention his players only having three weeks off to prepare for the Euro qualifiers.

    In case anyone is interested. My new risotto recipe went down a storm with my daughter for Sunday lunch. Decided that use up the rice left over from my Paella of a couple of weeks back.

     

    Don’t see the fuss when I was advised that it was a difficult dish to get right.

     

    Just needs a bit of TLC…,,white wine and garlic help also.
