hope tr gets a run – the team have done fantastically without him but ss’ running, dembele’s strength and tr’s magic brings us to a new level

We’re set up again perfectly teed for the ‘one off’ game against Sevco mibbery and all that entails.

I’d happily give them a cup every year so long as we win the league and keep them dead.

Your sounding like a dog that’s been kicked every day of it’s life……give them nothing ffs!!!

  3. A lot of English waffle about where Celtic would finish in the overrated EPL.

Mostly negative from them and the Scottish fannies with pens societY.

Latest dick to spout is a German ex Liverpool player.

He obviously never saw our games against an EPL team in Europe especially the second leg where a cheat with a whistle denied us a stonewall penalty that gave them a draw.

Is something afoot and the English afraid it may happen or are the Scottish fannies with pens society just provoking and promoting stories to besmirch our league victory?

Who knows how we would do but an additional 150 million at conservative estimates would sure help us enhance a team that shared 2 draws with an EPL top four team?

  4. Margaret McGill

Please don’t misunderstand, and it’s already been posted eruditely that a record winning gap In the big trophy would end with a tinge of disappointment should we lose in the cup.

We’ve had many Celtic ‘cup sides’ this is a heated driveway side, that should make even you happy.

Never gonna gamble on football again.

    Bookies benevolent fund it is.

Might start doing the lottery instead although I’m convinced that the lottery is rigged – that Euro millions in particular. Irish daily millions is definitely fixed.

Don’t agree. I never wanted to play any manifestation of them again, ever, but if we have to I want to wipe the floor with them, every time.

  7. Gerryfaethebrig on

I never want to see Celtic in the EPL, any progress in Europe would be magic, if there was ever a Euro league (none of that Atlantic gash) I would love Celtic to go to Madrid, Dortmund, Paris and wherever else, until then, dominate Scotland and build for the future……..

Let the EPL be the EPL …..

Europe is our future (hopefully :-)

I had to be coaxed into my seat that I’d already paid for.

My general point is that the cup is nothing nada nothing zilch.

It’s a treble trinket must and we are an infinitely better side than Sevco.

  10. Gerryfaethebrig on

    Bada

Turn the volume down, golf is the one sport that no commentary is needed whatsoever, Sky has too many adverts, plus I don’t have Sky :-)

The only cup they’re going to get is that loving cup with the masonic inscription inside, that their board drink goats blood out of in the blue room.

Between you and Nye Bevans keep the updates coming, am on 7+ goals, 9+ yellows and 24+ corners in the two EPL games, looking no bad for now

Good luck with a Toffees win

I understand where you are coming from.

I just want Brendan to prove to them that they are witnessing the birth of another Celtic Legend.

    No defeats against them.

  16. Judging by what I witnessed at the sheep pen today the two centre backs have all the mobility and grace of two hippos in a phone box.

I have backed every one of my “naps” in Fleagles competition BUT the best thing about Fleagles competition it reminds me how rubbish a gambler I am…..prefer to lose over 90mins in the fitba than 58secs in some 5 furlong race…..but still love watching the nags

Even if I won the lottery I would still put a coupon on or back a wee horse, it’s never about the money, by all accounts Mrs GFTB always says am only happy when am skint, so am happy the majority of my life :-)

  18. Celtic in the EPL???

    FFS NAW NAE NEVER!

Peter would at least double our season book price cloaking it on the announcement of a renovation of main stand.

Watched CNN between both EPL games.

Trump is right about one thing. The Fake News aspect of journalism.

He proved it with the American attack on Syria.

The media just refuse to report the real wart on the nose.

He attacked Syria to prove to the American public that Russia have no goods on him.

That he is full of virtue, righteousness, goodness, morality and integrity.

Even though the Russians do have the goods and he has none of those qualities.

Americans love a fraud as long as he (not she) is a rich fraud.

  20. BIG-CUP-WINNERS on

Good win for the Deady Bears.

Good for Celtic too. Means we won’t take victory for granted and will be up for the game from the off. Complacency would have been their ally.

  21. Margaret McGill

Well, you understand better than most on here, how it works, despite the separation of a certain lineage between the Celtic we saw at Hampden and forthcoming Celtic v Sevco.

Brendan or whomsoever, we’ve never been better placed?

I’ve already posted today I reckon Craig Thomson is willing, but Moussa and co are better.

P.s. Ronny’s capitulation was a gift for Celtic

  22. Gerryfaethebrig on

The players capitulated not Ronny :-)

    BT

Good stuff with the toffees a few more yellows & corners would suffice :-)

I think Collum will get the game. Thomson, Madden and McLean have all had Celtic-Rangers fixtures since Collum did the 5-1 game.

Neither Beaton or Clancy have sufficient………whatever it is the others have ? experience, kudos …….

One of them could get the ibrox game though.

  24. Gerryfaethebrig on

    I meant to add

Delighted we have Brendan so the end defintely justifies the means

Agree with that 100%. I hope that with Brendan we are about to achieve escape velocity.
