  1. Good evening, friends.

Not scrolled back but any reason why the league table on the right hand side of the main page fails to reflect the fact that Alan Stubbs’ St Mirren beat Dundee 1-0 today? Asking for myself ;-)

The incident took place between my mate and JC in the bog. No witnesses. Masonic word got back to pub management. Steff barred for telling JC the truth. He is an orange bassa.

Steff’s only regret is that he never whacked the nut on Jimmy the hun.

  3. Step up to the plate Jozo,it seems you are this weeks whipping boy.

Dont be too upset, you will be joining some great Celtic names.

FekinCeltic fans my ass.Even when we have a very good team performance, someone still has to cop it.Hayes, just returning, running Jozo close.Even Forrest getting a mention as a bit of a dud.

It amazes me that this is called supporting your team.

  4. no one is here now, but was gonna say my late grandfather stopped them orange barstewards from marching through my dads village of holy cross croy, stopped them at croy hill and twecha,r this was before my dad was born in 1929. only telling you what I was told so don’t shoot the messanger.hh.

  5. Jobo Baldie Are you the same Baldie fae EK that posted about the weather and running and other such nonsense or are you a hun ? Hh

  6. Jobo.

I just had one last lurk there.

Firstly welcome back and secondly St Mirren won 2.1. ( Iknow you like to get these things correct ) your point is,of course, still valid. D.D. pointed it out earlier too.

    Hail Hail

  7. CRC: Never. Bog snorkeling will always be number 1.

Seriously though, it is a remarkable and proud achievement.

Native sports also resume tomorrow and Dublin will find out who we meet in the All Ireland football semi final.

Is it too early to put out a request for an All Ireland final ticket?

16 Roads: Are you out there?

  8. First day back posting (‘contributing’ would probably be an exaggeration) and already back making the same mistakes as before. Error free for the last 5 weeks too, should’ve just remained as a lurker!

The goal conceded at the end took a bit of a shine off today as, like a few others, I too had Celtic at minus 2.

    4 more sleeps till AEK.

I watched Jozo’s unprofessional performance today inside the stadium. Were you watching today. Such an inept performance cannot be ignored. I supported him today in Paradise. I criticise him here tonight. He was piss poor today, like many other days he plays. Get rid.

  10. Oíche mhaith, a chairde.

Great to see the EK weather reporter back.

    Good win today.

It’d be great to see the Tipp based Rhebel back too.

Willie Miller is a breath of fresh air compared to the majority of the EBT Klan who dance to their BBC master’s tune. I’m just amazed this interview didn’t end up on the cutting room floor.

Looks like JC is under siege from the jews again.

I wonder what he’s got on them?

Apologies to any, Jewish, Zionist, isrealites who read this post, if it is in any way construed as offensive.

But, Jeremy needs to drain that labour swamp, and quick.

    God bless.

I imagine that Willie Miller isnae welcome in his Bridgeton birthplace anymore. He used to be a hun but he’s Dandy noo.

The reason J.Hayes played today was that K.Tierney was carrying a knock.

We’ve got bigger fish to fry on Wednesday night, so KT was rested . I thought under the circumstances ( 1st competitive game) that JH done reasonably well.

When judging players I try to give them the benefit of the doubt. I also remind myself that Brendan sees them every day in training , and also has a track record of improving players. I’d describe JH as a useful squad member.

As for James Forrest. 7 out of 10 today.

Pass marks in the school I went to.

The sleep counter returns! Jobo I am delighted to see you posting again my friend.

So I’m heading up to Reno next weekend (any qners in the area let me know) a town which a I love and with very little rules and happened to check the events schedule.

Turns out this weekend is Adam Ant ( can’t stand him) but what I find intertresting is next weekend Cyndi Lauper opens for Rod.

Now forgive me if I’m wrong but not are they not 2 different genres and therefore clash?

I am interested in going though.

    I was thinking Rod,,

    If its,

    Good enough, for you, its

    ,good enough, for me,

    Its good enough,,

A wee bit about today’s guest:

Came on as sub for Harry Hood v Dundee utd.On August 29 1970 he made his first start as a celt v Morton( who had former favourite Bobby Collins as Captain).Interestingly it was a gala day as the championship flag is

unfurled.Celtic take full points as Bobby Lennox scored twice.

    Wee quiz add on;

In the Morton game which former Scotland international and ex member of staff at Celtic park came on as sub

    for Morton?

Books and magazines are a wonderful help CSC.

    Fitba. Opinions. Escapegoats.

I thought Jonny Hayes had his best game in a Celtic shirt today, and by a distance.

I thought James Forrest played ok.

I thought Simunovic was a mess.

    ?⚽️

  21. I thought Hayes put a great ball in for 1st goal, possibly trying too hard and is not relaxed when playing for us.We need to give guys some game time, along with resting others.

I see Laughatme only played for the last 12 minutes at Hamilton today. Making sure he doesn’t damage a knee before his medical?

*He’ll be there until next Saturday after 2:30 at least.
