Remember an American lad joined our school and had Nike “sneakers” with a waffle sole. We all had Golas, Pumas or Adidas. We tried to convince him that Nikes were too ugly and would never become popular.

Moans about Celtic not preparing for next season seems misplaced. We are clearly preparing for next season now, no perm signing in January and letting players leave is a clear sign of that. We all already know the players that will move on at the end of the season. The manager will know what he has and will be abe to add what he wants.
A big job replacing some big players, but not beyond us so long as the work is going on in the background
*we done it in 87 and 97, the Centennial and ending the dreaded 10 seasons. As the song says “we’ve done it before and we’ll do it again”.
We have the added problem of early euro comp qualifiers to prepare for .
You have better knowledge and memory , but i think this is the biggest shambles i can remember, from being in such a position of power and stability ….

Seggs, with respect, were worn by the kids.
Not convinced they’ll come ‘back’
Some of the other fashions already are
I have nephews who wear suits, akin to mine in the 70s 80s

Orange bri-nylon shirt, brown corduroy trousers, brown hush puppies.

England Coach Eddie Jones after today’s loss:
“Scotland were terrific, played with a lot of intensity. I take responsibility, I didn’t prepare them properly”.
No finger pointing or deflection.

Brown should have been subbed long before he was. Have a look at their goal , he is in no mans land.
If some people think that Rogic is the answer to our woes , then god help us.
