    I’m in regular communication with my MSP about the ‘Act’. He is pushing for a review from Roseanna Cunningham and the more ridiculous examples we get of arrests, trials and non-convictions then surely a review will happen and it will go. Unfortunately to reach that point a lot of human pain is involved due to a ‘vanities’ project between the Government and the Scottish police.

     

     

    The common law was available for real offenders prior to this nonsense.

    Cowiebhoy I am pretty sure your personal details will have been given to the police by celtic. I’m sure it didn’t stop at the GB. The persecution of young supporters continues unabated and celtic are joining in. People being dawn raided for absolutely no reason and yet the vast majority if you are sitting on your hands.

    Neganon – I know we’ve discussed this point before but I can’t fathom the lack of response from the GB, they’ve always spoken out before.

     

     

    Have they been promised first dibs on safe standing tickets in return for their silence. Apparently the plans for it are well underway.

     

     

    We know they weren’t involved at Motherwell and yet they accepted some responsibility.

     

     

    The whole situation was handled differently than others before it. A little curious, no?

     

     

    They need returned.

    However my question should have read …if a team goes into administration in one season ( and suffers point deduction) and remains in administration at the start of the next …..do they suffer a points deduction at the beginning of the next season too

    I find it interesting as we are now in the third week of the transfer window that there is no signs of the elusive striker turning up at Parkhead.Why dont we work with what we have surely Balde could have been given more game time yesterday I am begining to suspect we wont sign a top notch striker in this window if we were surely we would have scouted him months ago and had talks with his club in order to bring him in early in the window it once again looks like we have no forward planning but we just try to react to events and this may explain why we have made so many poor signing in the striking dept. H.H.
