  1. Tiny Tim. Martin ONeill is past it. He has done nothing of note since he left us. Managed an Irish side who were atrocious to watch and his dilly dallying in selecting Jack Grealish and Damian Rice cost us two first class midfielders. No thanks Martin. Stick to punditry.

  2. Have leicester city improved or regressed since paying £9m to secure Brendan Rodgers as their manager?

Have Celtic improved or regressed since receiving £9m and losing Brendan Rodgers as their manager?

Regardless of the manner of the departure, we have failed to build on what we had.

  3. Burnley 78,

Thanks for calling out some of those who only ever come on to have a go at all things Celtic (or Paul67 or James Forrest). They must have been sick these past seasons, as I am tonight, in my case caused in part at least by a cheat, who has previous.

They are demonic therefore governed by The Prince of Lies therefore I do not believe one word they or their statements say.

*most trooser lifters are generally in it for the jobs and cheap bevy at their ludges. However once they go above 3rd degree and intae the ark it starts tae get dangerous.

One of the prerequisites is a belief in a supreme being and that can be Abraham, Jesus, Mohamed, Waheguru, Brahma,Vishnu, Shiva etc.

Although satan, the father of lies, is not mentioned let’s be clear here that he is the main component of their cult.

I have a little handbook in front of me titled ‘The Rituals of the Three Degrees” and I don’t mean “when will I see you again”.

It was given to me by an acquaintance who obtained it from a work colleague in Dumbarton, this wee outlander told him that they are so powerful they can get them away with anything except murder and he followed that with and even that’s debatable.

  5. Norriem – good summary – the bit that sticks out for me there is TR . Obviously as the season winds down, we’re going look back on habits we’ve got into- one very unwelcome one is paying significant wages to players we have no intetnion of playing. Let’s stop this. I understand the idea of a squad player – play in certain types of games but not europe; TR is a different case altogether. For me the embodiment of ”let’s hope someone gets a wow goal”.

  6. Looking at Iheanacho today – that is the player Eddy could be – he probably has as much skill, however the Leicester player has a better attitude & application.

Academic really as Eddy will be off in a few months….but would Brendan want to sign him?

Rogers leaving is not the issue.

    Agree on Turnbull, Mitch.

Many have hailed him as our saviour. Yes, he is capable of brilliance, but he’s inconsistent and goes missing for large parts of the game.

    He has potential, nothing more.

  15. One early April Monday evening I sat with my mother waiting for the 10:00 news to come on tae get that nights fitba scores, we were playing our New Years Day postponed game at hame.

My da was in his bed possibly as he had a “great” job back then 2 nights late, Saturday morning and Sunday shifts, or else he couldnae be bothered waiting up for the scores as we were so erratic.

Ironically less that 5 year before he had stood on the steps of the national stadium s Willie Fernie had made it number 7.

A couple of minutes tae 10 an advert for the following nights Z-Cars appeared complete with fife and drums, mibbees this is an omen my mother said, as it was when the scores came up we had tied 1-1 with the huns, so off I went tae bed with a big smile on my face as we hudnae lost.

The next morning I jumped out of bed tae tell my da who replied “Oh aye” and that was it, although he did say tae my mother, “poor wee soul is easily pleased.

The day when I arrived in school with a spring in my step we were all jumping up and down at getting a draw against that mob, that is until one of our class mates, the only one at that time who was allowed tae go tae the game, asked why we were happy, as we had played them off the park, a true reflection of the game would us winning 5-1, still as my da allegedly said “we were easily pleased”.

This was a hun side containing such thugs as shearer, davis, grieg and miller while we were without the injured Pat Crerand who was replaced at right half by Dunky MaKay with John Donnelly coming in at right back, this would be his last game as the 7-1 hero would be sold to PNE 2 days later, typical Celtic at the time.

5 weeks earlier in the Buzz Bomb’s debut we had beat the high flying Dundee 2-1 at home with goals fae the under rated Frank Brogan and big Billy, yet before the month was out we had unceremoniously been dumped out of the SC at hades courtesy of virtuoso performances by Tommy Bryceland and Willie Fernie, both of whom had been on our books, the Juggler twice, while our fans had rioted and not for the first time.

The one consolation that night was the point dropped by deidco was enough tae give Dundee the title.

Now this afternoon there will be young Celts out there with that same reaction as us, happy no tae get beat, too many out there listening tae and reading the smsm indicating how great this mob are.

3 years after that game was big Billy’s bumper against the pars, I have the sense they won’t have tae wait as long as we did.

Will the same smsm mention that deidco huvnae won their last 3 games.

This season has been all about a clear dereliction of duty by our leaders, a blind man could see we were heading downhill at high speed watching the Europa League group games, backed up by shocking domestic performances, all before Christmas when the season was still saveable,

Proper leaders take action when things go badly wrong, they did nothing, stood and watched while Rome burned to the ground praying for a miracle. Everything else is just background noise.

When Peter Lawwell retires at the end of June, Celtic’s outstanding bank loan will be £3m and he won’t have earned so much as 1p in bonus during his final three years in situ.

Martin Compston has blasted a sectarian Twitter user who called him a “Fenian c**t” for sharing Rangers ’ star Bongani Zungu’s support for Glen Kamara ’s anti-racism post.

The Line of Duty star called out the troll who had posted the sick comment on his timeline.

The Celtic supporting actor highlighted the account – which has now been deleted – ahead of today’s Old Firm clash in Glasgow.

He shared the comment and also highlighted that the troll had retweeted a statement from Kamara’s lawyer.

We told you earlier how Aamer Anwar has demanded footie bosses drop the token gestures and start taking robust action against racists.

Martin said: “Here’s the bold @billymanc a man concerned with racism and discrimination.

“Unless you’re a catholic of course.

    “enjoy you’re day billy bhoy.”

Quoting his character DS Steve Arnott from the hit BBC drama, Compston posted: “For the purposes of the tape, I can confirm I am not Coleen Rooney.”

If Celtic PLC hadn’t conspired to facilitate and enable the current entity having been brought into existence in the first place, then conspired to faciitate its continuing existence when it hadn’t learned from the financial mistakes of its predecessor, then those creatures currently infesting the streets wouldn’t have had any reason to do so.

So while there are many factors at play here, if there wasn’t a Hun club left in the game, there would be no Huns out on the streets.

Celtic PLC think the Blue Pound justifies this.
