Can’t say I can see the advantage playing De Vires over CG. Not that he has been tested too much so far.
After a good half and a two goal lead it’s very disappointing to lose a goal at the arse end of the half, ball watching a major problem for our defence and I have to admit I have no idea what Doris was doing…
Lustig is always caught out by the diagonal ball. I don’t know how many times it’s happened.Teams have latched onto it.Anyway,hat-trick for MD and I’ll be happy.
Bittons inability to mark his man or attack a long ball in the middle of the park gave allowed that attack to build momentum

Very pleased Dembele got our goals as I thought he would be our weak spot, what do I know.
Losing a goal with almost the last kick of the half will give the orcs a glimmer of hope and we must respond accordingly.
Strange game
After 15 minutes of harum scarum stuff, Celtic took control and were motoring away without being precise enough in the final third.
2 quick goal were rewards for all our possession and control but then we throw half the advantage away with one of those traditional Rangers v Celtic goals, adeep right wing diagonal cross to a Gers centre forward peeling away from the RB defender to either score directly or, in this case, set up a tap in. We have been losing goals like that to Parlane, Johnstone, Hateley etc; through the years.
We are still ahead and will go again in the second half if we master their first 15 minutes of effort.
P.S. Barton is hiding fae Broony- pretending to be a deep lying midfielder helping out his centre halfs
Celtic midfield posted missing to busy thinking the game was won left the defence under pressure and the goal was conceded.A big second half coming up as they go in at half-time on a high when they should have gone in shattered we have handed them a life line. H.H.

Watched Taverner telling Joey to man up, after the first then greeting like a wean about a beachball after the second.
Criticism of the keeper for their goal unjustified. He had come to the near over a header on goal, the header goes across and well beyond him. Toure should have been the man to be looking after their scorer.
Love to see young Patrick introduced.

Agree with Gordon the quality of the football is excellent with Celtic in sparkling form. Dembele showing he is living up to the billing he had coming here. DevVires looked all at sea for the goal.
Dunno but I’m sure Bitton laid sublime pass though to Dembele to score 2nd goal.

They are defending desperately with last ditch blocks.
We need a quick pace start and stretch their central defenders.

Thought our 2 FBs were part to blame at goal – KT should’ve closed down cross – ML shouldv’e been aware of a wee hun behind him.
Just watched the first half of the new Glasgow Derby. Can’t quite place Sky’s ‘back where they belong’ commentary. Slightly confused and confounded by that. I do wonder if Sky plc have invested in sevco? Would explain the gushing commentary where it can be fitted in. Which I have to say is not very often, as despite a typical Celtic lapse, it has been one way traffic. Right. Second half and more of the same please. Odd that Sky’s normally exuberant use of on screen info-graphics/ match stats has been peculiarly absent…
