So Miller pays £11M for all the assets of Rangers – the stadium, training ground, players etc. So that is all they are worth is it? Wouldnt they get more money by selling the ground etc to a property developer?
How can this possibly be in the best interests of creditors?

Just after reading Pauls last article. As I thought, another day of muddying waters, easing the final passage of the Dark One’s Mother ship from life to death. ‘She’s only sleeping children, she’s happy now, no need for tears’ The comforting lies and half truths we tell the little ones lest they break down in to despair or in the case of these rather ugly and shaven headed fat little ones, break out in to communal violence and an orgy of sectarian violence… there there, shhh, it’ll be OK, we’ll get you a new one, it’ll be just the same as the old one, there there, put the broken bottle down, everything is going to be just fine……
And then Tim the neighbour, refined, dashing, intelligent and erudite Timothy rather less than tactfully enters the side ward where the Ugly Mother is on life support and shouts ‘Stop molly coddling the wean, tell it the truth, she’s past help and has been for quite some time. And by the way, the kid IS to blame, they suspected she wisny well and ignored it, in fact when we told the wean they went tonto and told us we were lying. They could’ve sent for the doctor but no, they told her to keep on taking the same stuff that had made her ill in the first place. They were as addicted as she was. Sympathy? me? well maybe I would if she hadn’t stolen from me to feed her habit. That’s whit happens. And you needn’t think the adoptive mother is moving straight in here to the neighbourhood with the same house and weans going on the same way, nope, she’ll have to earn that right.

Exiled Tim – no Miller is buying the stadium, players etc – all the “good” assets. He is not buying the debt which will be left in newco. The Administrators can do this because they have powers to do it if it is in the best interests of the creditors.
The real truth behind this is that Whyte appointed Duff and Duffer remember. They have been working to this point. Miller is Whyte’s proxy.
My point is duff and duffer would raise more money if they liquidated the assets and gave the money to creditors.
Ergo they are not acting in the best interests of the creditors and they are acting illegally. Unless of course we are meant to believe the stadium, training ground, land, players etc are worth less that £11M.
This is a total scam and a national disgrace. The SPL and SFA are in cahoots with Miller – clearly they have been discussing keeping the sanctions to an absolute minimum.
Celtic meanwhile say absolutely nothing – which says absolutely everything to me.

Some time around 1990 I went to Hampden to watch Scotland in an U16 tournament if I remember rightly.
I saw them play Saudi Arabia. U16 my elbow. Big and bearded to a man they were.
