    Does anyone know which of our players have been called up for internationals.

     

     

    Pleased to hear their Diamonde has been called up for Ghana. Games at Nigeria and Uganda. Not sure if many others of their squad will be called up but would be happy if Maeda or Kyogo or Iwata weee not called up for the double header with North Korea. Would not mod if Yang went with S Korea as game time would be good for him.

     

     

    Pleased we seem to have 2 wing options on right and left sides once Palma returns. Plus Jamsie.

    Well done to Scottie Scheffler, four shots back going into the final round at Sawgrass FLA, goes out and hits a 64 and gets the job done at the Players. Pretty much the fifth Major.

     

    Memo to Rory, it is not enough to hit a good first round, or as has often been the case recently in the Majors, a good last round when the pressure is off. Want to win the Masters? Scottie is the man to beat!

    Decided to finish a weekend of sport with a look in on the Atletico – Barcelona match on ITV4.

     

     

    Watched Atletico vs Inter midweek.

     

     

    Awesome occasion and a really good match.

     

     

    Atletico players used every ounce of emotional and physical energy to squeak past the Italians.

     

     

    Incredible scenes at the end. Players, coach and fans were simultaneously drained and ecstatic.

     

     

    Absolutely NOTHING left in the tank for tonight’s game.

     

     

    Barcelona took them to the cleaners 0-3.

     

     

    Atletico’s first home league defeat in a year.

    Play the post not the poster

     

    Remember, posters do not need to go the pub with each other or attend the match to have a valid view.

     

    Stop the ” bullying ”

     

    Remember diversity is the blogs strength.

     

    Make the blog more user friendly.

     

    Be nice and encourage new or returning posters.

     

    Have a sense of humour. It’s not all mad serious.

     

     

    I used to think a payment was the answer but I now think that would be detrimental.

     

     

    Finally employ common sense in the absence of a breathalyser.

    Try and make it more like a social media site, embed videos and photos

     

     

    If I reply to a post, have it auto populate the post I am replying too, so I dont have to cut and paste (then delete the extra lines that it adds????)

     

     

    Just modernise it up a little

     

     

    We need to do this to attract users that are younger

     

     

    And keep them posting and engaging

    Youtube has paid subscribers to channels for £5 a month that gets you better perks more exclusivity and a better final product

     

     

    As there is more money to invest in the product

    Although not on as much now I would pay to use the site.

     

     

    Especially if it stops adverts and adds more accountability for the site regarding posters.

     

     

    If the limit was a tenner a month then I have no issue just now as I am still of working age but some are not working, pensioners etc and could be well off but I think there has to be a sliding/rising scale.

     

    Organised local days out for all to meet whether it be a meal, coffee, or a beer or 2 would be good team building, getting to know each other.

     

    As is the shipwreck days although they are all scoundrels.😉

    FITBA BETS YESTERDAY….

     

     

    I had the Manchester Utd v Liverpool CORRECT Score yesterday ( 2 – 2 after 90 minutes ) at odds of only 11/1.

     

     

    DAMN that 4th Chelsea Goal in the dying seconds of the 8 minutes injury time….as I had Chelsea to win by the Correct Score of 3 – 2.

     

     

    Two Singles and a DOUBLE….That 4th Goal by Chelsea robbed me of a right few Quid !

     

    NO Matter…

    Like some others, I AGREE that Liverpool ” Threw Away” that FA Cup Tie yesterday.

     

    At one Point when it was 2 – 2 ( I think), Liverpool went on the counter attack and as they crossed the halfway line….It was FIVE Liverpool Players against just TWO Man Utd Players…….but young Harvey Elliott managed to mess it up and gave away possession.

     

    A GOOD game…but Liverpool looked a bit complacent at times ?

    In the other FA Cup Semi Final yesterday THAT CHUMP ” Jimmy Flloyd Hasselbank” was giving his ” so called ” Expert Opinion ( Chelsea v Leicester ) on BBC.

     

     

    I have NEVER RATED that wee TIT as a Player…and he TALKS a whole lot of CRAP as a so called Pundit.

     

    I wonder ” How Much” License Payers money is being handed over for CHUMPS like Hasselbank to provide a ” So called Expert Opinion” ?

     

    I demand a REFUND !
