    I concur Leftie :O)

  2. KT , and family Are all 100 per cent Tim’s ! Fact!!! Always have been and always will be ! HH

  3. Two superb teams.

If we drew either of them in a future CL tie, I would , maybe for the first time since watching Celtic, want us to set up the way SPFL teams do against us.

    Goodnight all.

  4. Good night fellow Celts …

I still think Neymar is a player

Roll on Wednesday and the Hungarians .. looks like there are one or two casting a rod … thankfully this fish won’t be biting :-)

Good night, god bless and stay as safe as you can be

  5. Bank balance a wee bit lighter after that tonight, my gut feeling kept telling me that PSG were gonna win, in many ways I’m glad they didn’t but Mbappe missing them sitters in the first half would have made a difference, a Celtic team on song would have breezed that tonight !!!!!!

  6. *** CQN PLAYER OF THE YEAR 2020-21 ***

RESULTS FROM GAME #4 – DUNDEE UTD 0 CELTIC 1 (AJETI)

A hard fought but well earned victory against a Dundee Utd team with an agricultural approach to the game that was more than tolerated by a very poor referee. But we got there in the end, not long after we reshaped to 3-5-2. In terms of individual performances there was a fairly clear man of the match but it was good to see that 11 of our 15 players merited at least 1 vote from the CQN community! And, again interesting to note that one of our substitutes did enough to win a number of votes.

Thanks to the 52 who voted. The votes cast for each player are as follows (with my own choices asterisked) –

    Barkas: 6

    Frimpong*: 5

    Jullien: 15

    Bitton: 25

    Taylor: 6

    Brown: 3

    McGregor: 6

    Christie*: 43

    Ntcham: 12

    Elyounoussi: 0

    Edouard: 4

    Forrest: 0

    Ajer: 0

    Ajeti: 30

    Klimala: 0

So the players receiving points for the game against Kilmarnock are –

    Christie – 5 points

    Ajeti – 4 points

    Bitton – 3 points

    Jullien – 2 points

    Ntcham – 1 point

And the overall points table is now as follows –

    1st – Christie – 11 points

    2nd – McGregor and Taylor – 7 points

    4th – Edouard and Elyanoussi – 5 points

6th – Ajeti, Barkas, Elhamed, Frimpong and Ntcham – 4 points

    11th – Bitton – 3 points

    12th – Jullien – 2 points

    13th – Ajer – 1 point

14th – Bain, Bolingoli, Brown, Dembele, Forrest, Klimala

Our next game is on Wednesday at 7.45pm when we entertain (hopefully, literally!) Ferencvaros.

    Hail Hail!

  7. Only player I wanted to lose tonight was Neymar – and he did !

How sad, what a shame, never mind !

  8. Don’t come on often , but what about Neymars crocodile tears , it’s all about me !!! , a horrible human being .

Pretty sure I heard Rio Ferdinand call him an arsehole on TV as he sat in the dugout himself.

Hearing Turnbull is due to sign this week

Noticed that too, agree 100% with you.

On another subject, Steward back ob Sportscene😱

  11. I will be delighted if we sign young Turnbull … I would probably take Alan Campbell as well … but Turnbull is top notch … would be a terrific addition to our team

  12. Tells everything about the media in Scotland ,Sky Sports Kris Boyd BBC Sportscene Steven Thomson,Steven Naismith ex Sevco and Hearts and Michael Stewart ,

  13. prestonpans bhoys on

Naismith says Utd matched Celtic, jings wan shot on target.

When the BBC licence doesn’t become compulsory this institution is toast, without mentioning political things😱

  14. Four-Leaf Clover Over & Over on

A lot of cognitive dissonance going on here tonight. Every excuse for wanting PSG to lose but nothing about them embarrassing the Invincibles 7-1

  15. If Turnbull story is true & as much as we all like Tom Rogic, if he goes, and Turnbull signs, it will be a positive for us. We will benefit from a young hungry player keen to make his mark.

Tom will always be remembered for some wonderful moments. He was an Invincible & a treble-treble winner – he won’t be forgotten.

  16. 4 leaf clover

PSG didn’t play in the same league as the Celtic team that never lost a domestic game in Scotland…

PSG are probably more like the “old” Rangers who cheated … cheated. … cheated ..and kept on … cheating as they had a team full of improperly registered players …… which in any other country would have resulted in 0-3 0-3 0-3 … 0-3 0-3 for many seasons

But you concentrate on “our” invincibles 🍀

  17. Looks like Turnbull in but wee Dembele for the off. Attitude issues in training reportedly. Shame If he ends up like Feruz
