    Agree-Hooper has been a disgrace since the winter break,seemingly because he didnae get his dream move to,erm,Norwich.

     

     

    Totally unprofessional.

     

     

    I doubt he has done himself any favours with potential suitors,and has probably knocked a coupla grand a week off their offers-if there are any still interested!

     

     

    Half a million over a four year contract just cos yer on the huff…..

    I thought Vic’s performance suggested that he feared a yellow.

     

     

    It was virtually a stick on as was Kayal’s.

     

     

    I think that yellow cards should be wiped out for teams going into a semi.

     

     

    That way, the two finalists have a better chance of playing their top team, thereby enhancing the spectacle.

     

     

    Allowing for how tense that semis usually are, weran the risk of having four playes missing the final.

     

     

    As it is, we have two out.

     

     

    This should go for all cup competitions.

    Mulgrew midfield experiment must. He’s a good, double poty, centre half and showed why in et. Fantastic entertainment, give me armageddon every week. Its better than cheating!!

    I am invariably happy when Celtic have won 0:-).

     

    I cannot remember who said something along the lines of their being “something magical about this place” when referring to Celtic but he was spot on and our fans subscribe to the view by requiring ” fantastical” performances from anyone wearing a Celtic shirt. Not an easy task for the mere mortals who carry our dreams and aspirations on their all too human shoulders.

    I was gonnae have a prescriptive post-match snooze, but I’m so adrenalized after that that I’ve decided to watch the ‘B’ movie : London Huns v Spoiled Brat Man City.

     

    I wonder what will be the next epl team to get bought up by some oil-drenched oligarch.

     

    But I can tell you that both of the Scottish Cup semis will outmatch by lightyears the epl money soaked displays of cash on the hoof.

     

    Anyway, I’ve had an outstanding afternoon. I expect the Chelski game will soon having me snoozinf quite nicely, thank you.

    I thought when Skoosh had his op. they were saying back in 4 to 6 weeks. Could he be back for Final. Certainly hope so.

    Sick of watching exciting full backs? You must be the type of person who likes safe things like Tom Hanks movies and U2 records. The type of person who shudders when their pulse beats a little more than usual. The type of person who does not understand Celtic’s history of attack.

     

     

    Once again we have some of the ‘Greatest fans in the world’ showing that we really do not deserve that arrogant title. People who want rid of Neil Lennon should go and support some other side.

     

     

    Could someone please display all the 3,4,5 and 6 goal victories that we have enjoyed this season?

     

     

    Congratulations to Neil and the team and to all our supporters who understand what it means to support.

    The abuse for Hooper is pretty poor imo. Lenny has been playing him as a solo striker for quite some time now which is not his game.

     

     

    Somebody tell me of a chance that Hooper fluffed today. There isn’t one because the system we play at the moment doesn’t play to his strengths.

     

     

    More worrying is Lennys inability to find a settled system which benefits the whole team.

    I’m inclined to agree with Ten Men, yes I know Hooper has not been on form lately but I thought he did ok 2nd half. Showed terrific control to bring down one high ball and got great cross in for Kris only United Keeper made great save.

    Personally I dont think Hooper hides. I just think he’s lost the knack of being in the right place at the right time had had last year. You’ll all miss him when he’s gone.

    Jungle Jim @16:01 and spikeysauldman do you remember the big bing behind Quarrywood? I thought it added character to the area. There are deer running around there now just asking to be eaten. IMO.

    Just back from the dump. Rubbish, rubbish stadium.

     

    Great result, decent game. Ref a Grade A cheat.

     

    Chas was excellent at centre half, just play him there.

     

    We need a right side. JF is very good but was rarely out right.

     

    We do need Broonie.

     

    Still need a No. 10 playmaker.

     

     

    Overall a much better performance than previous visits to that dump.

    Guys… Great result done the Celtic way , good attacking play and pretty poor defending at times

     

     

    IMHO Hooper and Forster were guff. They better buck up their ideas.
