If Reo’s shot off the post had been 2 inches further left it’s 3-0 then 2 minutes later Idah sclaffs an og with Joe waiting to pick the ball up and it’s 2-1.
I don’t know if my blood pressure can take another 5 games like that .
I don’t know if we were affected by the high stakes or by the huns getting their 3 points in first but we were flat today .

Take the win clearly but we are bang average and given our financial strength that is extremely poor management.
The club needs to rethink its priorities – are we a football vehicle to produce profit a dividend (for some) or a football club to be the best we possibly can be on the pitch. I buy STs for a football team not a profit making vehicle and I’m sick of it
Thanks for all the updates, especially the good ones. It surely is Great To Be A Tim – stressful, but great!

If we get over the line this season we are simply SO far off any sort of European impact
*eff Europe the fix is in there jut let us concentrate on bein Champions again and then let the Blessed BR rebuild Angie’s fractured side.

Tontine- I’m delighted with result but holy moley the frustration of not being able to play for more than about half an hour is just baffling
Also, on the basis of what has happened since BR has arrived, do you really have confidence he will be able to build the necessary squad??
We need first choice-
GK
Centre Back
LB
Centre Mid
LW
RW
Striker

Nerves shot to pieces
Pitch did not help – ball bumped about all over the place
Beaton in the middle – If he could he would give Dundee a decision and he did
Also from Celtic players point of view with Beaton in the middle they know one mistake and they are off
So they hesitate and get a bit tense
One at a time, Hearts at home will be another nerve jangling episode
Keep the faith

We got the three points but the performance was poor. WE need to up our performances in the games to come. It appears teams now defend in numbers at the back and then try to catch us on the break. It is worrying that we cannot sort this out. But I hope for better performances at home. Go to it Celts. WE may ask questions but we are all still behind you.

3 points ugly in an away fixture against a team they dropped points against – take it. BUT
Rodgers is not learning. For weeks and weeks Kyogo has been a spectator – he’s not switched on! Celtic cannot get up the pitch when he takes the ball to feet – big big difference when Idah is on the pitch.
Mcgregor was woeful – are his legs gone or is he working back to fitness. He was giving the ball away and spent most of his time pointing. Iwata looked solid when he came on and gave us some physicality.
Hatate has been close recent weeks and put in a fantastic shift and came close with a fantastic shot against inside of post – he will score against hearts or rangers – hopefully both!
Our full backs are absolutely shocking at closing down their man and blocking shots. We have not learned from goals given away recently and I feel we got lucky today that their headers and shots at back post were not executed – we will not get away with that against top 4 teams.
Wingers – Kuhn is flat and lack the killer instinct – started brightly and but offered nothing and was wasteful. Would have liked Yang on for 15 on his favored right side.
Last word James Forrest – creative , forward thinking and quality. MOTM
Away game done – 3 points but got that high confident feeling of winning the title. Thats how unconvincing we have been lately.

Take the 3 points but the managed decline continues.
dessybhoy on
I said self inflicted awkwardness, the amount of times we make the wrong pass in the midfield and when the wingers are trying to create is shocking,it gives every team a chance to counter attack us. We should have been out of sight, instead we win by 1 goal, hopefully the better surface and bigger playing area helps but please look after the ball, Hatate was particularly guilty hitting balls anywhere and at hip height.
