    agree re defending , full backs have to do much better and stop/block the cross ball at source and we do not concede as many goals.

    The subs changed the dynamic of the match and space opened up no surprise we got that second. James is that special player who can turn a match in an instant. Adam unfortunate with that attempted clearance. Thought Scales was outstanding. Three points and a sample of what to expect in the next four. Definitely no free lunches on offer from now on.

    That is our fourth victory over Dundee this season, and while nobody would claim it was our best performance against them it’s probably the most important result out of the four games. Another game over another day older, another drink ordered, and another three points in the bank. Not sure about this approach where you get two thirds or more up the pitch and then try some kind of tiki taki in a crowded space toward the eighteen yard box. Lose the ball there you are in trouble, we did and sometimes we were. And as for Joe Hart taking a short goal kick to Liam later in the game at 2-0, costing us dear, no no no. Take an old fashioned boot up the park and try and win the second ball if we cannot win the first. Looks like the weather might be half decent in Glasgow by Friday, should suit the style Brendan is trying to play, game sold out against Hearts, (expect some real huns amongst the minis) all of which will bring out the best in our support.

     

    And an atmosphere which will bring out the best in the Bhoys on the pitch. Bring it on!

    Had to follow BBC’s text commentary on my wife’s ’phone in Tam Leather’s pub in the beautifully named Naka market in Phuket. Proved an omen tho’ nerve wracking after Idaho’s og.

     

     

    Another poor performance on all accounts and we’re not a great team, but we’re finding a way. Thanks to Jamesy F. Just watched his goals. Both brilliant in different ways. What a servant. Compare and contrast to Yang who P67 wants us to believe is a player. Is it 1 goal and 2 assists all season? Geez peace pal.

     

     

    Win the next 2 and the league is ours. Even tho’ we have downsized horrendously in the past 16 months. We know who’s responsible for that crap, but fair play to Jamesy for keeping us ahead against an equally poor Sevco.

    Great to get a victory but my God that was a hard watch. Calmac is still far off it. We played better when he was replaced by Tomoki. However our Achilles heel is defending high balls into the box. JH refuses to come off his line and Liam Scales is constantly caught under the ball. Great credit to James Forest with a strike which could be one of the goals of the season. However for all the possession we did not create an awful lot. The huns are a poor team but unfortunately we are not much better.

    Lots of others would love to actually support the team and take pleasure from it.
